I had an uptick in mice - we live in a rural area, lots of woods etc. I called Clean Crawls from the recommendation of a friend who used them several years ago, I mentioned to a co-worker they were coming out and he said his Mother had a great experience.
Staff that answered the phone was super helpful and nice as I didn't have a clue as to what I needed - all I could tell her was we had more mice - she told me they weren't a pest control company, but if the critters were getting in through the crawlspace or attic, they could help with that. Wonderful! Lets start there.

Super impressed from start to finish. Chris came out and did a thorough inspection, was patient with all my questions, spent a good amount of time under the house and explained all the required work in detail with schematics he had drawn and then compiled a full itemized quote while I waited. Cost and timeframe felt reasonable so I did not talk to other companies. The crew came out a few weeks later and were on-time, careful and professional. Extremely happy with the job !! My 40-year-old house had some serious insulation issues in the crawl space. Insulation was falling down, and critters had been living in the crawl space. Juan and Carlos spent most of the day removing all of the insulation and vapor barrier, and making everything like new.
The insulation was upgraded from R-11 to R-30, water pipes were re-wrapped, the heater venting was re-wrapped, and an entire new vapor barrier was installed.
Everything under my house looks better than new!!

I'm surprised to see there are so many sub-5 star reviews on these guys. They were super responsive, prompt, and professional. As a new home owner with basically zero attic/insulation/general house-keeping knowledge, I'm an easy target to push unneeded services.
That was absolutely not the case with Clean Crawls and I'll go back to these guys for more work in the future as well as recommend them to my friends.

If you want the cheapest and fastest company then choose Clean Crawls. If you want professional and responsive to their customers; choose somewhere else. I emailed and called to let them know that their installers had left foam insulation in my backyard (where my dog can get it) and scraps of insulation in my front yard. The lady on the phone was rude, the manager never called me back, and the guy who did my estimate never called me back after I left him a voicemail. The tape they used on my walls for their containment tore paint off my walls which they never told us. I was never advised to leave

Clean Crawls (Marysville) did job for me March 2021. Removed old attic insulation & vapor barrier. Also removed & installed old vapor barrier in crawl space. Patrick did the inspection & bid. He was fantastic to work with. They did a great job in crawl space. Actual work performed in attic was very good. My problem with them is the damage they did to the inside of my house. They marred & scratched my wood trim, window sash & a bed post. This was caused by their hoses & not bring careful. In fact, my opinion too much of a hurry.

I would like to give lower than 1 but that's as low as I can go. I bought a manufactured home in late August. The previous owners had Clean Crawls come out in July and insulate underneath before they sold the home to me. There were a couple of things the previous owners did not have them do so when I purchased it, I chose to complete those items. I called Clean Crawls and gave them my address. The lady that answered said she would have the man who did the work call me, which he never did. I called back a bit later and so she told me that she would send out a different man to give me an estimate

We purchased a home which had some pest damage to the insulation so we hired Clean Crawls to remove and haul away all the old insulation and install new insulation in both the attic and crawl space. In addition, as per our signed contract with them, they were to coordinate with Cascade Pest to set bait and traps for a duration of two weeks between the removal and installation of insulation. Jake at Clean Crawls was initially responsive. My partner came into town to complete closing on the house and oversee the insulation work. This company should get 10 stars. I knew I had a moisture problem so I called Clean Crawls and the very next day Belinda their sales person came out, gave me a very detailed bid on what needed to be done and the exact cost. To my shock and horror I also had a rat infestation and there was rat feces everywhere, talk about disgusting!!
The bid was about $1000 less than what my dad paid for his house last year from a different company.

They came hours after they promised to be at my house. They drew straws to see who got to go in and take the installation out of the crawl space. About a half hour in they left. We finally got a call that they found asbestos, they were stopping work until that is taken out. I was not told until then as I guess no one spoke English for the crew sent here. After spending money to get that done...I called to get them to come back out. It took a good week to get the rest of the mess and they left bags of insulation. We paid extra money to garbage company to take it away. Never use them again

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I had water in the crawl space of a rental property after the recent rains. The plumber that came out to repair our sump pump recommended Clean Crawls to have remaining issues with standing water/ vapor barrier looked at. The office was prompt to respond/schedule an inspection and free quote. I arrived at the house about 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time, only to learn from the tenant that a tech had been there already. Had a scare because the neighbor found out he had rats in his attic from a house inspection. My wife saw a rat on the deck so I called C. Crawls. We had used their service in 2008 and were very pleased. I thought possibly the rats had gotten back in underneath the house.
David was sent out and I couldn't be more pleased. He checked ever sq inch underneath the house and there were no rats or droppings to be found. David is a first class guy. You won't be disappointed.

TOOK OUR $2,500 and DID NOT HONOR THEIR WORK
So I just spoke with Clean Crawl, and they will not be standing by their work.
The gal asked if we did extended pest control service. I answered yes up until 10 or 11 months ago with two different companies.
She said that then there's nothing we can do for you.
I said you advertise all over your ads and website that you are honor your work. She replied that's just for the time our people do the work. There is nothing we can do.
I was pissed and hung up.

Simply put, Clean Crawls did not fully clean my crawlspace and are now trying to charge me extra to complete the job they didn't finish originally. My credit card has been fully charged for a job that was not done properly.
The issue is not very significant, unfortunately.
I was told by sales members (David and Robyn) that I would receive outstanding service by the best crews in the industry. That my crawlspace would be fully cleaned.
After the crew left on the day of cleaning, I noticed cobwebs and small pieces of old insulation still remaining. This is

My daughter had this company supposedly remove the insulation under the house and sanitize and clean it. They removed most of the insulation but left some and also did not clean. There were still rat droppings and nests in many areas. She ended up having to spend several hours herself with a shop vac cleaning up what the left behind. Don't trust that they've done what they say they have. Really check it out! This was a big expense after buying the house and finding a rat problem. Beware!!!

This place is a joke. Overly priced ($4500+ for a 1000 sq ft attic), terrible customer service, don't work with SCL rebates, and there is a good chance they will damage your house. Do not fall for their pest control, just hire an actual exterminator who will do more work for you re: pest control, and cover the attic for rodents anyway -- setting a few traps and coming to pick them up once is not pest control.

Chris Brostrom, came to my home on October 10th and provided me an estimate to do exclusion work, have some insulation replaced and a new vapor barrier installed in my crawl space. I let Chris know that I definitely wanted to get on a maintenance program after this initial work was completed.
I opted to hire CleanCrawls as an expert and professional company to provide me with a thorough evaluation of the work needing to be done to completely solve the rodent

Pretty disappointed with these guys they came out and took care of my house upwards of three grands worth back in 2011. After finishing their work several months later I started to notice scurrying rats underneath the house that I could hear.
I called them to come out and they kept on trying to charge me more money saying they were borrowing under the house. I said that wasn't the case as the end of the house was wide open and after several times of going back and forth they sent their manager and the guy who came out agreed that the work wasn't completed properly leaving one whole
