These guys are truly amatuers!!
Eastside Insulation performed an attic cleaning of mouse droppings and reinsulated the attics of our house when we purchased the house.
Since moving in I have found numerous flaws with their work. Truly amatuers.
I still find mouse droppings that they left in the cracks between drywall sheets and at the edges of the ceiling.
THEY LEFT THE BATHROOM VENT WITHOUT A VENT DUCT. THEY COVERED THE FAN WITH BLOWN INSULATION. THAT MEANS THE BATHROOM STEAM WAS VENTING INTO THE ATTIC FOR A YEAR BEFORE I DISCOVERED IT. THE WHOLE ATTIC IS COVERED IN MOLD!!!!!

Eastside Insulation did a fantastic job insulating my second floor and attic. Our house is old (1951) and had virtually no insulation upstairs, and now the second floor is the most comfortable part of the house! I called for a quote on possible mice problem. They did show as planned , yet traps were set without my permission. The company told me there is no obligation to do work . Yet they set traps and want me to pay 125.00 to come back and get the traps , that I did not approve to be placed. Poor customer service and the technique to have you pay more for the service,

Eastside Insulation did a fantastic job! Angel was very professional and provided a solution for our drainage issues. These guys do a great job. Their estimator is terrific at explaining the procedure and breaking down the job so you understand the cost of each aspect of the project. Scheduling is professional and clear, their employees are very friendly and competent and they truly want their customers happy. Having work done by this company. Angel came first to evaluate my situation and was very thorough. Then in just 2 days Cristian and Uriel cam and did a great job of removing the insulation. They were very careful about my home, draping all adjacent surfaces in plastic so the insulation would not get on it as they took it outside.
