Worst experience ever!! Called and listed everything I needed done (4 things). When the two guys got there, was told they wouldn't do one job because it was a Delta faucet (needed the limiter removed) and that they didn't have the tools to do the other job (unclog a cold water intake pipe). I know the tech's can't carry everything on their trucks but to not have the tools to be able to sweat a pipe in??? they didn't even have a bucket, we had to provide that for them too. When I asked them if they were going to contact their dispatch about the other two jobs getting done, they both stared at me
