I used them for nearly a year and between them messing up billing, sometimes not showing up and even worse, giving less than a days notice when they are planning to show up (making it difficult to clean yard), I would avoid them at all costs. Way too much hassle for something that should be a seamless customer experience.

I have used ATL Lawn Care for 4+ years. They are very professional in every aspect of the services that are offered. Their crews are very friendly and will treat your lawn and shrubs as if they were their own. Also, there fertilizer service is better than any of those other companies who make it their only business.

They just didn't work for me. My lawn had a lot of weeds in it. After coming every month from April through September, my grass didn't look better. It actually had more weeds. I called and talked to a girl in the office and she said someone would come out and look at it but no one ever showed up or even called me. So I terminated their contract.

Since I always read reviews before I try a company, I want to warn you! ATL Lawn is absolutely horrible. They charge $140 a month for mowing, edging and blowing off the pavement. They will tell you that this charge includes weed eating but it does not. My weeds have gotten worst since I hired ATL Lawn. I have called multiple times with my concerns and apparently the owner has forced the child answering the phone to say they you have to give the chemicals 3 weeks to work. So a month later I called back and her answer is the same without deviating from the script which is very frustrating. According

These guys really did a great job. I found them through Tumbtack. They weren't the cheapest quote I got but they had great reviews and had been in business for a really long time. I usually do my own lawn care, but started graduate school about 6 months ago and just couldn't keep up with full time job + school + my son is under the age of 2. It was just too much. So, I reached out on Thumbtack for someone to come and clean the hard of leaves and pine straw and mow/edge/trim the yard for the winter. They really did a fantastic job and I'm planning to call them to set up regular yard work when spring

Initially, I was in favor of this lawn service. The first 2 services were excellent although it was a misunderstanding about my service/bill during the 2nd service. Come 3rd service, I requested that my yard be cut a little lower b/c of all the rain. The grass was cut lowered but it looked like a race track with a lot of patches left from the high grass. When I called to complain, I was told it is not the crew but the equipment used. Fine, I got over it. Come 4th service, it was a dispute about the service that was not authorized. Angela adjusted the bill and later I was fine with that too. The

My neighbor had been using ATL Lawn Care for a few months, and I had seen that the crew were doing a respectable job. When my husband, who has always cut his own grass, had a medical emergency, I needed yard help quickly, but only for a short-term basis. I am extremely grateful to ATL for accommodating my request for help. Both Angie (in the office), and the yard crew were friendly and responsive. Our ground is deceptively uneven, which makes it easy to scalp the grass on a commercial mower. When the first mowing left the yard unintentionally scalped, we asked the office to skip the next appointment

I like ATL lawn care. My grass always look nice. We won yard of the month this summer and we got a lot of compliments about our grass. Angela is always professional and nice. The only thing I would like better is a better price but I do understand that I have a big corner yard. Yes I will recommend ATL lawn care.

I used their lawncare services from 2/16 - 8/16 and I am not impressed. They are overpriced and do minimum work. The crew was always fast, courteous and polite but I'm not happy with the prices. We sit on an acre of land and I have a few trees, I expect my lawncare company not to nickel and dime me or be limited in what they can do...Just not happy with these guys.

I was very impressed with Bryan's knowledge of grass, shrubs, and lawn care. On his first visit, he spent a lot of time explaining the maintanence options for my property. Any time I have a question, he has the answer in a professional and polite manner. Any time I have a concern, I get an immediate response and resolution.
