The first visit we will come out to your house, treat your lawn with a Pre & Post Emergent Weed Control for weeds. We'll leave a treatment flag on the lawn and you will receive notification by email/text for proof of service so you will know service was completed. Then we'll see you for your next treatment.

I sent an inquiry through their website about de-thatching and lawn cutting services. After almost 1.5 week, I followed up via phone call to speak to someone. After talking with someone, they advised to me they would send me an invoice as the services were pre-paid yet I still had received an accurate quote for the services to be rendered. I called a second time and they advised they are extremely busy but someone would call me back. That was 3 weeks ago. I called and will be working with another company. It seems because they have a steady clientele, new customers are not necessarily needed. Don

This is a story of two tales. Winn Pro did some work on a property I am leasing and on one side they did great and about a a week and a half later they so call finished the other half. When asked about the other half. They stated that it looked good. Ha. That’s a lie. Then on top of horrible work the second time, A manager named Larry actually was very rude and abrasive. I’m gonna post the pics and the video today or tomorrow unless this is handled.

I called and input a quote request to get a quote for dethatching my lawn. 4 Calls later with voice mails left and over 2 weeks since the original request was sent. No one has reached out to schedule a time for the quote. Completely horrible customer service. Maybe I should be glad this is how it has gone as I now have concerns on them showing up on time or completing work, if they can't even call me to schedule time to get me a quote.
