Jenks Fence

The folks at Jenks Fence just finished up my property and did a great job. The crew and everyone in the business process chain was courteous, professional and helpful. The tops of the fence were all perfectly straight and they built a gate that blends into the fence perfectly. I will use them again on future projects.

They never called me back, even though I called a second time. Poor way to run a business.

Jenks Fence came out and measured my yard for a new fence and gave me an estimate, but were not clear on what the estimate covered. I believed that the estimate included everything that was measured. I agreed to the cost of the original estimate with the understanding that it was for the ENTIRE fence.
There were a few small changes, but they never said what those would cost. After the fence was completed, they sent me an email with a cost increase of about $3000 (which I believe is too high). They claim that the original estimate did not include a large section of the fence

We had a somewhat difficult installation situation in that we needed to leave the existing fence in place while they installed the new fence. At one end of the fence the room they had to work in was extremely tight. Not one time did I hear anything other than "can do!" from this company.
Everyone I worked with from start to finish was professional and helpful. I was particularly impressed with how much attention they paid to the smallest detail. Our fence is beautiful. The very large gate is secure and built like tank. It is easy to open and close even with the extra fortification.

I have a huge custom made swing for my 16 year old autistic son, it's 10 or 11 feet above ground, three or so feet buried. He's a big kid and the design of the swing wasn't the best (I drew it out and a welder built it). After a few months of intense swinging it started moving really bad and was at a dangerous angle. I decided to call Jenks Fence to see if they could fix it. They came out, gave me a quote, I accepted the quote and they were here a few days later. Our new fence looks amazing! Our commercial property had a very old fence on a retaining wall, about 20' high, that looked horrible. It was no problem for them to take it down and put the new one up without disrupting our business or having our yard unsecured. They finished on time, on budget and were very professional.

I like that I told him exactly how I wanted my fence done they remembered and I didn’t have to go out there and tell them anything. On top of that when they were done with their work the area was clean when they finished matter fact it even looks better

New wooden fence with cap and trim looks great and is sturdy. Very happy with their work. However, their sales/office staff are fairly uncommunicative. Customer service could be better. That said, I would deal with some inconveniences to get a great-looking fence.
