If your system is older, we will continue to repair until we cannot anymore if that is what you would like. We will not push for a new system unless it is the only option left. Our AC went out during a heat wave. We contacted Dray’s Heating & Air and they came out the next day. Chris was efficient and took the time to explain what was wrong with our AC. We had to replace our ac blower. My mother is elderly and we were in the middle of a heatwave. Chris quickly diagnosed our issue, and was able to obtain the part in less than 36 hours and install it. His staff worked with our home warranty company to help insure payment. Highly recommended.
