Matthew presented an offer too good to pass up and was very easy to work with. "The Boys" (Alan, Ben, & Nick) executed on a flawless installation plan. All areas were left cleaner than they appeared when they arrived. Nick even went out of his way to paint over an exterior part of the house that had to be customized. He had the wherewithal to use some leftover paint I had laying around. I could not ask for a better experience! I needed a tune up and scheduled Loves to come out. My technicians name was Manny, one of the nicest and politest guys! He answered all my questions and was so helpful. I don't understand why Loves was INTENT upon SELLING me a whole new Heating A/C when all that was needed was to latch the unsecured Panel of unit on the Roof. Previous company had NOT SECURED the Latch ALLOWING COLD AIR INTO THE ATTIC & BLEW INSULATION AWAY FROM THE ATTIC FLOOR. Love's was up in attic & on roof to see the Heater A/C. Contractor friend checked situation out. Closed latch. Took photos of attic with bare floors. Once Heater Panel door was closed securely my heating heating BILLS went way down & house was warm enough.

I have been receiving routine tune ups for my HVAC system for the last two years. Manny is the technician who comes out to my site and I always request him for these tune ups. He is very knowledgeable, well mannered, and friendly individual. He came out to do my tune up 1/25/21 ( yes I'm very late on recognizing his service). He's coming by again for the winter tune up. He provides good customer service and certainly performs a 5 star service for the company.

HOMEOWNERS BEWARE! Do not allow Manuel From Loves Air come into your home. He is a scam artist. I called Loves because of my furnace warranty. After conducting a Diagnosis that Ofcourse was not covered by my warranty. So out of pocket cost was $70. I had suspected my thermostat was out and his inpection confirmed my suspicion. Manuel then quoted me $170 to install a thermostat i had purchased brand new from home depot. Or $229 to install a thermostat from their company w/ 2 yr warranty. We needed someone to come out immediately because our heater stopped working. Called Love's and they came right out the next morning. Andrew was very courteous and knowledgeable. Our HVAC Seemed to be as old as our house. That means Way more than 10 years old. At some point it stopped working and we saw some wires in it that needed to be connected each time to make it work. So we called Love's air to make repairs. But they said that this unit is way out of its time and they strongly suggest that we install a new system. We've thought about it anyway as we wanted to buy a new more efficient unit so we asked them for options. They provided us with all the information and answered all of our questions, and helped us to make the choice. Manny was very helpful, patient

So I just want to say , that any issues I've had with loves in the past are all forgotten. I want to tell anyone that's looking into getting a new air-conditioning or heating system, I totally recommend them! They stand by their work. I've had some issues with my nest, and they've been out several times, to resolve the issue. Andrew came out today, and totally knew what he was doing and resolve the issue and fixed it within five minutes. I wholeheartedly, recommend loves heating and air . I had a complete air & heat system + tankless water heater installed on 01/2019.
Ever since, I had a couple issues with water leakage and no hot water coming out from the tankless water heater and lack of freon from the air-con unit in which all was promptly corrected in a timely manner.
Shout-out to the following personnel:
Jose-lead, Joel & Justin who did the installation of the complete system.
Mike who handled plumbing issues.
Manny who did the freon + complimentary air/heat tune-ups for new customers.
They could improve with their scheduling appointments as I have issues with the

Good price, friendly workers, and fantastic service! Our AC unit had a big leak and needed to be replaced. Matt showed up promptly after our call and was very kind and informative as he talked us through the options for a replacement. Love's Air lent us a space cooler so that we could survive the 100+ degree weekend while waiting for the new unit… to arrive. Alan and Kyle installed our new unit. They were friendly, respectful, and professional. My kids loved watching them work. We now have a working AC again and will be recommending Love's Air to everyone we know!

I was looking at options to bring A/C and heat to my rental. Wall furnace does work. No central air. Although I ultimately decided not to move forward and instead install a window A/C with heat option, I really appreciate Matthew taking the time to provide a free quote and options. Central heating and air as well as a mini split were both beyond my budget. I didn't know what I didn't know.

Our Ac Upstairs stop working during the night . We used Yelp to find someone quickly and got a quick response from loves air.I called first thing in the morning and Got a technician by 840am to my home. Manny was very respectful very detailed called to let me know what time he was going to arrive and showed up at the exact time he explained all my options. Manny found the problem replaced part that went out and was up back with ac within mins. Price was straight forward and reasonable. Great job keep up the good work Manny !!!

My account unit stopped working at 3pm Friday off the holiday weekend. I called Loves Air and they were able to get me in on Tuesday afternoon whereas I had other companies give me an estimated date 1 week out. I was so appreciative. Manny called before the appointment to give me an ETA and arrived before his estimated time. He was able to diagnose the issue, provide valuable maintenance information, and get us back up and running within an hour. Hopefully, we won't have any other issues. If I do, I know who I'll be calling and referring others to! Great job! I am forever grateful

Jose, Juan and Nick were awesome today! They removed and installed a new a/c unit and water heater. They arrived on time, worked nonstop in the heat, kept me in the loop of what they were doing, cleaned up their mess and walked me through the set up process. Today we had a Fall/Winter service on our heater unit by Loves Air. Manny was our service tech. Manny arrived on time, he was courteous and polite, and he followed Covid-19 protocols, which we appreciated.
I appreciate how Manny explained each step of the Fall/Winter service and when he found a minor problem with our heating unit, he clearly outlined our options.
