The professional team of technicians worked efficiently to ensure that our unit was working properly. They quickly diagnosed the need for a new pilot assembly and a related valve replacement. Despite the heavy customer demands during the winter, they were able to schedule convenient times for service calls. We bought a pellet stove to heat our house a year ago. Superior was priced very reasonably for the stove quality that we wanted. They were very helpful and answered all our questions. Our stove happened to have a manufacturer defect and Superior handled the issue with ease fixing the stove and handling all the issues with the manufacturer. We liked them so much we continue to support their business by buying our pellets from them! I would highly recommend Superior!
