It all started in 1962 when Janet and Leonard Bruso Jr. opened the doors to Bay State Fuel Oil, Inc. Back then it was a small operation running out of their home office delivering quality home heating oil to their friends and neighbors throughout Western Massachusetts. In 1965, however, their small home office was moved and expanded, now providing heating service as well as oil delivery.
Bay State Fuel Oil proudly delivers home heating oil, provides heating service, and air conditioning service needs of Western Massachusetts and into Connecticut. Oil Heat Cares along with Bay State Fuel Oil helping to heat homes! Yesterday, we had the privilege to help a Senior Citizen in need. Mrs. Tonelli of Agawam found herself without heat for this coming winter, her boiler sprung a leak. On a fixed income and no available funds from the fuel assistance program for boiler replacement, she began to worry about her heating needs for this coming season.

Great company! Great timely service and they're right there in an emergency. The only weird thing is that when you call them, the person taking the call does not give you their name?? I was in customer service for a Fortune 500 company for 15 years and that was always a cardinal sin to not greet the caller with your name. Hello, this is Joe, how may I help you? It's that easy.
