We have used Noonan for a couple of projects including a mini-split system, new faucets, and most recently, a propane hot water heater. The guys are always prompt, courteous and professional. I was impressed with how the company assisted us with our Mass-save rebates. All of our projects have gone smoothly and we have had no problems with any of the installations.

What could have been an awful experience turned into a very good one. Our water heater failed (without warning, of course!). A quick call to Noonan and we were scheduled for that day! Additionally, we had a choice of two different models. We were up and running with hot water on the same day. Remarkable! To top that, we then received a letter thanking us for using them we have been customers for over 25 years and they have certainly earned our loyalty.

Noonan Energy Corporation has been our service contractor and oil supply company for the past three years. The service representative (s) are very knowledgeable and professional. The Total Comfort Plan service contract I decided on is perfect for our needs. Once a year we get our tune up and cleaning. Noonan is always on time and very thorough, leaving you and your family knowing you'll be warm and safe.

We have used Noonan Energy as our sole supplier of fuel oil for some 23 years, and we can certainly recommend this company. One incident exemplifies the quality of their service: on a Thanksgiving morning some years ago we awoke to the odor of fuel oil, and discovered that the tank in the cellar had developed a leak. Before calling Noonan's branch office in Palmer, Massachusetts, I just KNEW that - because of the holiday - we would not receive help until the following Monday. I was SO wrong! I recently used Noonan Energy to replace my breaker box in my basement. I didn't realize they did electrical work until I saw their ad on t.v. Their electrician, Dan, came to my home and gave me a quote within two days of calling them. I was also interested in a whole house generator and had a separate quote on that work. The price was fair and I was told that due to equipment shortages and high demand for electrical work in 2021 that my project would take over a month to start. I thought everything was reasonable. Trash company specifically plumbing/garbage disposals. My mom had a Noonan plumber at her house who messed up the kitchen and now I have a plumber here looking at a garbage disposal they installed just - few years ago which never worked right and is now broke. AND THE GUY HERE NOW SAID NOONAN DIDNT GROUND THE WIRING AND CHEATED my mom with very shoddy installation. DO NOT USE.. beware.

I recently had my central air conditioning replaced. I called salesman Joe Robert’s to explain what I needed to replace. He came out to my home that day and explained. Gave me 3 options on replacing and helped me get it scheduled ASAP. Once it was scheduled three tech’s showed up that morning and worked at a steady pace and completed the job that day. All were very respectful of my son being home doing remote school. This was a great experience with NOONAN and I will refer them to all my friends and family. Thank You NOONAN team !

The HVAC installers and electrician were courteous, professional and friendly. They completed the installation quickly and walked me through the operation of the mini split heat pump. Having experienced many different contractors and home improvement professionals Noonan Energy is perhaps the gold standard for the homeowner experience. Excellent service. Noonan installed my Central AC and did everything they said they would do. Came on time, were friendly and knowledgeable. After the installation, they walked me through everything and left my house inside and outside nice and clean. This is the second time I used Noonan. They installed my high efficiency furnace several years ago and did an excellent job then.I highly recommend them. A wonderful company.

My parents are over a 50 year customer of Davis Fuel which was purchased by Noonan. The customer service at Noonan is horrible. They want to deliver oil only when they feel it is necessary. The people who answer the phone are very argumentative. Anyone I speak to there is awful. Their goal seems to make a much money as they can. I am the caretaker of my parents and unfortunately I have to call this horrible company when the oil tank needs to be filled. I miss Davis Fuel. They were so customer focused and the people there were very nice.

Purchased a very expensive System 2000 boiler a year and a half ago from Noonan. It took them several attempts to get it working right, i.e., waking up to no heat.Called Noonan to get it serviced and the very robot-like rep said we hadn't purchased oil from them in the last year so we aren't considered a customer. We have a high efficiency boiler and a pellet stove and didn't need to purchase oil from them but couldn't understand how that affected their refusal to service our boiler. She just kept repeating that we weren't a customer. She's right, we definitely won

I was a long time (50+ years) customer of East Springfield Oil, in the fall I recieved a letter they were purchased by Noonan. SInce that time I had nothing but problems with customer service, tank fills and service needs. I was extreemly sad about having to change heating companies after all that time, but the phone customer service was so bad I felt disrespected...will never go back.
