I worked with this company many years ago and they were great. Apparently they are under new ownership. We were ready to go for a new roof and they had the job in the bag - They sent Carlos out to give us a quote. He inspected the roof and seemed very competent. I asked for three quotes: basic, insulated, and roof straps. After a week i received nothing. I called and eventually received only the basic quote from Carlos. I replied to the email and nothing. I called back two weeks later and the very nice secretary said Calos would call. No call. I called again a couple of weeks after that. The same

If you are looking to have your roof replaced in Miami, Hilson Roofing is the right company for the job. Their crews are professional and do great work. We are very pleased. Chose Hilson after several other estimates; their price is definitely in line with others, but most importantly, they did a very thorough and high quality job. No mess left in our yard.
This was all during the Covid-19 pandemic. Janina, working from home, helped us with all of our questions every step of the way.

I hired this company to repair all of my leaking gutters. They have sent 3 different crews a total of 5 times to fix one that is still leaking. Each time they assured me it was repaired. It is STILL leaking and now the owner tells me that it is a roofing problem not covered under my contract. I was hoping to find a company I could trust for when I need a total roof replacement in the near future. I did not.

They did such a great job with our roof. Not only that, but his guys showed up at 7AM, and they did a FULL roof replacement on a 3,000+ sq foot home before I even got back from work.
This company was extremely responsive and had great communication. After working with so many different contractors over the past few months, it was extremely refreshing to get with someone who followed through with deadlines, was so diligent with his work, and provided such great customer service.

Ryan was great! I explained my roofing situation (minor issues after buying my first house) and he took care of it right on the spot during our estimate. He was very kind and friendly. Bob Hilson & Company removed my old roof, replaced it with a roof that looks absolutely marvelous. My house is a 2,500 sq. ft., 1-story Mediterranean duplex with clay roof shingles. The final result was fantastic! The price was reasonable considering the size of the job, and well worth the cost. Crews came every day, arrived on time and worked at a steady pace. There was a project manager always available for questions, concerns or to solve technical problems as they arose.
