Thank you for visiting Floor Expo! Floor Expo is a family-owned small business established in 2011. We specialize in both commercial and residential flooring. The owner is Eric Olgun. I am his wife, Sabina, and I want to tell you all about my husband and how he came to own Floor Expo in Fairfield, NJ.

My daughter used Floor Expo recently to have carpet installed and she was happy with them. We had wanted our floors installed before Christmas and Eric and Sabina made it happen!
Jimmy and Mike - our installers - were wonderful. They were very professional, on time and neat. The quality of the flooring they installed was beyond what I expected. I highly recommend them!

I went to the Floor and Decor store in Wayne NJ. The Sales help was too preoccupied with other tasks to help customers. Salesman lacked knowledge of products. This is unacceptable when doing a major purchase. $3,000 I went to Floor Expo and actually was serviced on by the husband and wife owners. My wife is very fussy on what she chooses. They actually kept the store open to help her not even assured of a sale. I ordered the flooring and it arrived before the time promised.( In time to be installed by Christmas) They are also veteran/ service member friendly. Priced were competitive.

Floor Expo in Fairfield NJ, was excellent by every measure. The choices of flooring were immense and of high quality. Out salesman, Oscar, helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, and informative. Absolutely horrible experience. If I could give zero stars I would. The installation that was done in my kitchen was a joke. It is separating and bouncing up and down. The job was rushed and not done properly. The owner has sent people over to "fix" it multiple times and it has become worse. I have called the owner several times to have this fixed and have not received a call back. We spent $7,000 on a floor that would have looked better if I did it myself! Stay away!

If you're looking for flooring of any type head right to Floor Expo and ask for Oscar. He really listens when you tell him what you are looking for... he'll give great design input as well as the pros and cons of the products you are interested as they relate to the room you are looking to cover. When the supplier of our original choice did not have enough product for our job we arranged to go back to the store to select another.. it took us 5 minutes since Oscar had pulled samples based on our previous meeting; what we chose was better than our original choice! The installers were terrific

Floor Expo and staff were top notch professional and did an excellent job on replacing our laminate floors with hardwood. Eric was prompt and courteous, Oscar in Accounting was very efficient in handling charges and credits, and the flooring staff was top notch. They arrived on time and completed a 1400 square foot floor replacement in two days. All the top notch reviews noted here are true!

Worst customer service. I walked in looking for laminate and vinyl for my office and walked right out when the very rude older woman in reception brushed me off when I asked for pricing.
She said ugh I don't know you have to ask him and pointed to the man who I first spoke with. She was very rude and brushed me away!!! Really?? You could have delivered that message in a more professional manner and not like I was bothering you! .
The employee who greeted me when I walked in seemed very disinterested. I asked where the vinyl and laminate was located he briefly showed me and then walked

I heard about floor expo from a family member. Walking into their showroom we were surprised at the extent of what they had to offer. We were greeted right away and made our selection quickly .
The prices were right and installation was scheduled within a few days. The installers arrived on time, were very professional and did a great job!

We went with this company hesitant between picking them or Home Depot . Home Depot gave us a better price but floor expo decided to match it. The guy seemed nice so we went with him. He cancelled our first appointment which I took work off for and then rescheduled it for a date past our move in date . We told them we needed it before then so they came by and installed everything . It looked fine but later that night my father came to me bleeding saying there were nails sticking up in the rug . I went to look and had to dig around the rug and found two nails sticking up in the rug . Needless to

This place is incredible! The selection is amazing. They have carpet, hardwood, tile and more. The showroom is beautiful and well maintained. It is easy to find what you are looking for without getting too overwhelmed. The pricing is very good, after receiving quotes from 3 other places, they were not only comparable, but a bit better in terms of value for your money. Oscar assisted us today, and you can definitely tell that he loves what he does. My purpose for writing my original honest review was to let potential customers know of my negative experience. I am not confusing you with any other business.
I did not respond to you privately because I do not care to have any confrontation with you. I didn't think it was fair that you expected me to pay the entire balance of our original agreement since the original job was a total disaster and was not redone in a timely manner. Your nasty attitude and threats of a lawsuit were unacceptable. Terrible experience from start to finish...you are not a business owner I would ever want to

I shopped around at many different flooring places in NJ for my project. Steve at Floor Expo took the time to show me different floors and also guided me in the right direction on what kind of floor to buy. His price was also the best price I came across for the floor I wanted. I ended up going with a higher end Canadian hardwood floor and no one could match the price he gave me. If you are in the market for flooring, go to Floor Expo. You will not be disappointed.

I would definitely recommend this flooring company for your wood floor installation needs . They have a can-do attitude, are very efficient, responsive and reliable. I needed a job done quickly and they guided me through my options and I had new floors in a week. Installation took one day and was on estimate.
As indicated in the other reviews, they are a great team- I had the pleasure of working with Oscar, Eric, and Balthazar. All very knowledgeable, timely, and organized.
