We have three fireplaces in a vintage home we are renovating. Having opted for electronic options we went to this store hoping to find suitable products. The first visit went fine and we explained our needs and our 4k budget for the project. We went a second time just to check out the technology of the fireplaces. My wife just wanted compare them, imagining how they might look in our application. The male sales person was snarky and rude when she said she just wanted to look this time.
