At first we were very pleased with the service. After a management or policy change, the testers cut their on site time, and the pool suffered, both in terms of water condition and level. Bisexually, they dismissed quality so they could increase their turnover, and at $80-100 a month, that is inexcusable. We now do our own testing and buy the chemicals online; end result is the pool is cleaner and our costs have been reduced by 80-90%. Time input, 1-2 hours a month.
