Simply the best. Smart, responsive, and polite. For 18 years, since we built our home, the A/C never made it through a Summer without at least one of our 5 units going down. We tried a number of well regarded maintenance outfits, but until Steve and Colt got on the scene, and analyzed the problem, it was something we had to live with (we thought). This last Summer, it just ran like a champ. Good people do good work. Try 'em.

Just had Seaside provide annual service to my home in Tequesta. I have three units in Aprox 3800 square feet. The tech found a leak in one of the units which explained why the house wasn’t cooling properly. What was refreshing about this company was how this problem was diagnosed and ultimately fixed quickly and efficiently without the old gotcha under the barrel treatment. The tech was informative , careful to not diagnose or build up a huge repair bill until he knew what was wrong. He found the problem. Made the repair which was a resolder issue and saved me a lot of $. It’s comforting to

Steve couldn't have done a better job taking care of our commercial a/c coil repair and thermostat installation. From the the very beginning, he and his colleagues were honest, transparent and professional. They were diligent and reviewed all matters with us upon completion of the job as well.
