Customer service was responsive when my colleague reached out to them about a missing parcel with that was marked 'Delivered' by FedEx. They quickly contacted their FedEx rep and the package showed up the next morning.
Tip: You assume responsibility for the parcel once they hand it off to FedEx/UPS/etc, so before you hit "Place Order" on the website you may want to write down in their Notes section: "Signature Confirmation Required" so that the carrier doesn't end up leaving the package where anyone (or driver) can steal it.

Send me the wrong filter size by half an inch and would not take a refund. Told me a lie that I had told them the incorrect filter size when I was very specific. Would not accept returns. I do not do business anymore with any business that doesn't offer returns for unused product. I am stuck with $100 worth of filters that are unusable

Don't use this company. Website says free shipping on orders over $500, I placed an order then one month later I finally got sent an invoice for shipping of almost $300! Yes 1 month just to be sent a shipping price never mind get the product! Website says free shipping! Held my money for a month and left me with nothing! SCAM!!!

I searched and search the Internet and this was the only solution I found. I had both email and telephone support for my purchase. I required what seemed to be something special, a 16" X 16" complete filter grill and housing unit.
