I live in Portsmouth and I am impressed with this business. I almost didnt use their services since they were more expensive than the other proposal I received. However, the owner was very knowledgeable, prompt and professional. We just had new gardens installed with a small natural patio. I have been using pine mulch for years and I was enlightened to their sweet peat mulch which we used. I would highly recommend them. They exceeded my expectations

I am very happy and extremely satisfied with All American Landscape & Masonry. They completed two large landscaping projects that included re-grading our lawn with custom drainage; installing new garden beds, entrance walkway, and custom privacy fence; reorienting our driveway and adding stone pavers and asphalt; and re-seeding the majority of our yard.
First, Tom is the ultimate professional. From project design to installing the last stone, he was responsive, communicated clearly, and adjusted the project based on our desires and budget constraints. We had countless in-person and phone meetings

I worked with Tom on two projects - one to regrade a small side yard, and the other to completely redo a small back yard.
For the side yard, his crew knocked the job out in a day and on budget, and made some small improvements, like installing stainless steel window wells, that made a huge difference in our basement.
For the back yard, he completed an in-depth consultation and suggested multiple ideas to keep us under budget without sacrificing quality (including starting during February vs May as we had planned - this proved to be a great decision as it meant our back yard was usable during

There really is nothing to like about this company. Their work is poor quality and their followup after the job is pathetic. Try to get in contact with the owner, Tom, after the job has been completed. It's impossible. Be very careful about talking with Tom about what you want done. He is quite deceptive. Make sure everything is in writing. That is critical. And if at all possible, don't add anything on to the job after he gives you a quote. You will pay through the nose. I really would try another company to meet your landscaping needs. By the way, this company goes by different names, likely

They call themselves landscapers ?? Thats a laugh they are the most unprofessional company we have ever experienced. Their workers are discourteous and don't have any knowledge on what to do and NOT to do for that matter. Redneck Trump supporter comes to mind when I see their trucks driving down the road.
I had to add this to the review because it continues on a weekly basis. The owner Tom O'Conner is one of the biggest liars I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He lies like he breaths and will lie straight to your face about work that was obviously not done and he says that it was

New hardscape just installed by Tom and team and we love it. From start to finish Tom helped us design our backyard to fit our needs. His guys were polite and knowledgeable and care about their work. We had a concern with one of the stones after the install, ( a small chip). Tom promptly sent his crew back to my house to fix it for me. We are doing more work on our house next year and we will definitely be using All American.

Just need to get it out there about how poorly I have been treated by Tom O'Connor at All American Landscape. He met with me on February 28th to talk about getting my yard landscaped before June 15th. He actually laughed and said I do not think that will be a problem as he shook my hand. Here we are on June 7th - he will not make the June 15th deadline and in fact told me that he would not make a June 20th or even 30th deadline either. And he also had the nerve to tell me he never committed to a date. He also texted me today that he is too busy and will send my deposit checks back - he is
