Thickness and type of sub-grade provided. Based on the material type the contractor/ engineer can determine the strength coefficient with sub-grade to support a given pavement. Lower ratios require thicker cross sections of pavement to support the pavement and provide appropriate longevity. Frequency and type of traffic driving across a given pavement section will impact performance and longevity.

Asphalt Doctors just did work in my townhome complex's parking lot. They filled potholes which it seems like they did fine at? I don't really know what we're looking for here but it seems fine. The holes they planned to patch are patched. There are a lot of other potholes that I guess they didn't include in their original quote or the scope of work, but whatever I guess they did what they were hired to do.
They also were tasked with repainting house numbers and "Guest" on our parking spaces. They did amazingly terrible at this. They were really just lazy. The paint

The truck drivers of this company tailgate you until almost driving you off the road then cut you off even if you are driving well above speed limit. Love that their stupid company was all over the truck. Great advertising!!! UNPROFESSIONAL 👎👎👎👎

Very unprofessional. There was nothing posted saying I had to move my car where I lived. I wake up to people hammering on my door and doorbell at 7:30 am. I go outside and they have a freaking tow truck there ready to move my car from my own driveway. They never said anything to me about coming and I am in shock they would make an attempt to tow a vehicle from someones driveway. Not a good company to deal with. They shouldn't even be starting work before 8 am but they do whatever they want. How they can expect to hammer on someones door in the early AM and have them pop right up and do what they

Had this company out to give an estimate on re-sealing a driveway. When they sent the estimate via email...the estimate was not for what we asked for
. Somehow it had turned into 4 inches of fresh asphalt to be added at the cost of over $5000. So I emailed them and pointed out they had made a mistake and ask for a redo on the estimate. Didn't hear back so I call the main office number and went over it again.
Nothing.
Guess the job just didn't pay well enough for them to bother. I found what I needed with another company. I can't recommend Asphalt Doctors if you don't have a job that makes it
