I called Burton's today as my washer dryer was not spinning. I called to schedule a repair call and we talked over if it was worth fixing or replacing. They went out of their way in about 30 minutes on the phone with me taking things apart and testing were able to identify the issue. In the end it was an easy to replace $27 part and when I offered to pay them they declined. So refreshing to find a business who is willing to invest in a potential customer buy helping them out rather then trying to upsell them into something they don't need. Shows they are trustworthy and they earned my future business

Our icemaker needed to be replaced. He quoted $100.00, seemed fair so we agreed. He returned with an icemaker for an older model refrigerator and said it will be fine. It wasn't so I called him to make it right. He told me he'd replace it with the correct one for another $100.00. We felt like he misrepresented what he sold and was taking advantage of us. He's lost our business.

My oven door kept separating. Just before closing, I took a screw to Burtons and asked them if they could order the screws to hold the oven door together. I left the screw and was called early next a.m. to pick them up. They took screws from an old appliance.........NO CHARGE! How nice. When my refer stopped working after power outage I called Burtons. The young man repaired it in my home with a house call. Recommendation 100%.

Friendly, Good folks, very helpful. A few years ago had emergency laundry, washer quit. They came , they repaired within just a few hours. He even helped me clean behind and under the washer.😃👍

They did a function check on my stove. Turns out is was a problem in the breaker, my stove was fine. Same day service... did exactly what they said. Well worth the price, these guys are very professional. I highly recommend!!

Always excellent service and courteous sales people. Their prices and product quality are the best. They service what they sell, and give prompt repair service as opposed to the "big box" stores where you often have to wait for someone to come from out of our area.
