They had to reschedule us 3 times 1 or 2 days before the scheduled date. We had to take time off each time. only way we found that we were rescheduled is by calling to double check that we are still on. It's been weeks and our applince is not repaired. Seemed very rude and not concerned about losing a customer. So I'm sure they have enough business that they don't need us. We normally go In the place and people seem very nice in the store, very helpful and sweet.... so maybe it's just the repair or schedule people?

We had a great experience. Our old dryer gave out, and foothill appliance had a gas dryer in stock. We made an appointment to have it installed within 4 days! When the installers came, they were courteous and friendly. After they removed our old dryer, they asked if I would like to clean the space before installing the new one. After installation, one of them went through the trouble of teaching us how to work the machine. I would definitely recommend foothill appliance!

Service person, Jason, came out two days after electricity came back on which was great since they only come out to our remote area once a month. We were very grateful for that since the washer needs repair and we can't use it till then. He diagnosed the problem, and gave us a price for the part and labor after it comes in. We look forward to seeing him back in two weeks.

I highly recommend Foothill Appliance, Jackson, CA. I had a built-in microwave that needed replacement. They were very helpful and the new one came in promptly (good, competitive pricing as well). The install guys were extremely nice and professional. A manufacturing defect was noted on the new microwave which didn't interfere with it functioning. They had me use it until even the newer replacement came in. Thank goodness because it was during the holidays! Very nice people.
