Dave is extremely knowledgeable about appliances .He calibrated my oven and explained to me exactly what he was doing and why. He also showed my why the freezer light was not working and gave me the part number so I could order it and install it myself. I highly recommend Dave's Appliances. The price was reasonable and fair.

I never even hired the guy or gave him any money, but he provided great advice via a phone conversation.
I experienced something weird with my washer. I sought help via Yelp and Dave was one of the respondents. I called and described the problem to him and instead of coming out and charging me a diagnostic fee, he provided sound advice during the call, which I followed. Saved me money big time.
I really appreciate his concern and his honesty and I highly recommend Dave for your appliance repair needs.

THEY DONT USE YELP SO CALL THEM
I tried on yelp and the other guys gave me boiler plate responses and I was looking for some details. I didn't want someone coming out and charging me a service fee if they couldn't fix it or didn't have the right parts. Dave, from Dave's appliance called me back within a few hours and talked me thru everything. I felt comfortable to have him come out and he did a great job. don't waste your time with the rest... start here

Dave was extremely professional and provided good, honest work. There are a lot of service providers who would take advantage of people, but Dave has a lot of integrity. He was communicative, punctual, and worked quickly. He was also taking precautions against covid and wore a mask during the entire appointment. Unfortunately the part we needed for our 20+ year old washer was no longer being manufactured, but Dave went out of his way to recommend the makes and models of washing machines he would recommend as well as a local business for us to purchase a refurbished appliance that would last us

Christmas week is probably the worst time to have an appliance problem, but Dave was available to repair my dishwasher the day following my call. Unfortunately, my water heater started leaking the same day I called Dave. Dave was scheduled to come in the afternoon and the plumber was available to come first thing in the morning to install a new water heater. I thought the time frame for the two appointments was safe because our last water heater had been installed in a couple of hours . That didn't happen. The plumber ran into problems. Called Dave to come and check out my dryer that stopped producing hot air. I called him around 10:45am and he said he could get to me between 11-2pm that day! He called me when he was on his way and was super punctual! I appreciated the communication from him! Turned out we needed a new heating element and thank goodness he had the part and was able to fix it for us very quickly and reasonably priced! I am glad that I went with Dave! Thank you again!

Our washer decided to be the icing on the 2020 cake!!! Dave came out quickly and early to try to fix the issue when we called in a panic. The fix would cost as much as a new one which he was very upfront and honest about. He was wonderful and extremely informative. Will have him out here for all future appliance issues he handles!
