We had two issues, one with our electric cooktop not heating and fridge not cooling. Steve was very thorough in the diagnosis, recommendation and repair. He was very punctual and professional during the appointments. Very reasonably priced and quotes were up front and accurate. Katheryn kept me informed regularly about the parts which were delayed from the supplier, possibly due to Covid-19 impacting everything. I would definitely recommend Liberty Appliance and gladly reach out to them if needed again.

Steve fixed our oven that went out and knew what the issue was in a heartbeat. He was in and out in 20 minutes, which included advice on another appliance we were having issues with.

I can’t say enough about how great this business is in helping us with a dryer repair. Katherine in the office kept us informed about parts we were waiting for, and Steve fixed the problem quickly and less than what I thought it would cost. I recommend Liberty Appliance for any appliance repair, I wouldn’t call anyone else.

Our cloths dryer was not working. We live in Modesto. We called Liberty Appliance on Monday. Scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. Steve found we needed to replace a part. They ordered and returned on Thursday. Arrived within the time frame provided. Steve was honest and answered all of our questions. Office staff was very helpful. Will be using Liberty Appliance for all of our repairs issues. Would recommend.

Steve has been servicing our appliances for the past 6 years and has always been more that helpful and saved us tons of money. He will only recommend what works. We have a newerSamsung fridge that had some icing over issue in two different areas. He told us that Samsung is aware of the issues, however let us know that the manufacturer has not figured out a fix, and that they gave a bunch of recommendations that might help, however Steve let us know that what they are recommending at the moment really wont work, and that he would let us know when they actually come up with a fix. This really shows
