I am replacing parts on my gas fireplace and needed the ambers. The sales person asked if I was "certified" to work on my fireplace. Why does he need to know that ? is he implying I am not qualified and don't know what I am doing? I have worked in the utility sector for 40 years... in both maintenance and operations. I would not attempt repair if I did not know what I am doing. I found this sales person to be rude and insulting. I would prefer to support local businesses however I will never step foot in Fireworks fireplace & Barbeque again. in addition, I found the same items I purchased at FFB

Customer service and quality workmanship has seriously deteriorated over the years. Over a period of five days I called four times and left three messages without receiving the simple courtesy of a return call from Fireworks. On the fifth call I finally spoke to Carl, the owner, and explained to him that, on the 23rd of December, his serviceman was at our home for a total of about 20 minutes. The serviceman said that he had replied the problem and had cleaned the fireplace. He charged me $220.00. The unit continued to malfunction throughout the holidays. When I explained this problem to Carl

When I purchased my current home in 2019, there was a leak issues with the propane fireplace. I called Fireworks as their information was on the inside of the unit. I talked with Carl who understood my urgency and sent someone out ASAP. Doug arrived (as mentioned in other comments), he is indeed difficult to communicate with but apologized once I brought it to his attention. He was unable to locate the leak, however Doug did an excellent job cleaning a very dirty fireplace and put it back together better than before! I called Carl right away about my concern with the mysterious leak and also discussed

Went in to look for a part for a pellet stove we bought at a different location. We had been in this store once before when we were looking for a pellet stove but after being ignored by the staff we purchased elsewhere. This time around someone came to “assist” us but was extremely rude and condescending. He ended his “help” with “guess you’re on your own since you bought it from there” and walked away. Will never set foot in the store again and don’t know why anyone would want to unless you enjoy being treated like dirt by people you’re trying to give your money to.

I honestly wish you could give them zero stars. They are the most rude, dishonest, and downright nastiest people to deal with. We had a pellet stove installed about a year ago. When it was installed we were given no information, the people they have installing are no help whatsoever. We read the book and learned how to clean and operate the pellet stove. Now a year later we have issues and called to place a warranty claim, they sent their service technician Doug out. This man was beyond nasty, and actually accused us of 'abusing' our stove. He instructed us how to properly clean the

My husband and I went in to get some information about some pellet stoves. From the beginning the sales associate was condescending & slightly rude. The longer we talked the rudeness only got worse especially upon mentioning a competitors product. In my opinion, you shouldn’t have to degrade & bash another product to try to sell your own. Especially when it’s clear they have no knowledge on anything about the product. That is NOT good business. Just as other reviews have said, SHADY is exactly how I would describe this business. They will say anything to try and make a sale & they’re too

We are relocating a fireplace and converting from LP to Natural gas. Stopped in to inquire about purchasing parts. The owner was so snarky and rude. I asked where the "parts" section of the store was located so I could see if they stocked any of the pieces I needed. I was told that yea, they have parts... in the warehouse. I left and went to the store down the street where the office manager was more than kind and helpful. I suggest you do the same.

I'm rating Fireworks with one star because I can't choose a lower rating... This business operates like a shady used car lot. Tell you whatever you want to hear to get the sale, then has no time for you. Extremely poor after sales support. My wife called with an issue on our NEW pellet stove, they had an attitude over the phone. We got a lot of excuses, not much help. If you are considering purchasing a fireplace insert or stove, consider buying it elsewhere.

I ordered a black surround for my pellet stove insert and they installed an old rusty gold one. Once installed they spray painted it to try and cover it up and also sprayed my brick!! The paint was streaky from being spray painted and it also started to chip right away, uncovering the gold trim. They had charge me $280 for a new, black, surround and tried to get one over on me by installing the old gold one with spray paint. It was clear they were trying to hide it. I exchanged it and they pretended like they didn't know how it happened. Don't buy from here. They are completely

If you are looking for a reliable and reputable business to work with, Fireworks Fireplace and Barbeque is it!! They care about your satisfaction.
I purchased a Quadra-Fire pellet stove in 2015. It worked wonderful for the first year. It was serviced in August 2016. But the first time we used it, it wouldn't drop the pellets. I called Fireworks to come out for a service call. I was shocked to hear that a service fee is $220. Wow! Really?!! But I needed my stove to work so what else was I to do.
Well, there was a part that went bad. The part that drops the pellets. I asked if this was something

Bought a house with a recently installed fireplace from Fireworks. A month after moving in, we smelled gas and called to see if they could come and clean it/inspect the fireplace. I made an appointment, stayed home from work, and they never showed, nor contacted me. Extremely unprofessional and dangerous as well.
