Over the past several months, I've been learning a LOT about the Science side of what I do. I've concluded that there are two different "reasons" to clean. You can clean for appearance, or you can clean for health. As you might imagine, there are very different criteria associated with these, one of which is that cleaning for health has objective metrics associated with it, while cleaning for appearance does not.
Your tile and grout floor is pretty easy to maintain, on a day to day basis. After a few years, though, the grout lines start to get dark, from accumulated soiling and build up. When you look at the grout lines over near a wall (where no one ever walks) and then compare them to the normal traffic areas, if you can tell a difference in the color, it's time for a good professional cleaning.
We all love our pets, but that doesn't mean we have to love the stains and smells they leave behind. Any dog or cat owner will tell you that accidents happen. Once a spot has been marked the animal is more likely to use that spot again and again. Before long this can become a big problem, and that's when help is needed.

Quest did an excellent job for us. They are upfront they are not the cheapest, but having used other local carpet cleaners I can say their work is superior. Very professional and thorough - they spent probably 2x the time on the same job as others have. We have a large sectional sofa that needed cleaning, and it took the better part of a day of careful work. It looks new now. We will use Quest again.

I moved into a lovely house, but the carpets had a lot of stains and odor from cats. With the odor in particular, I couldn't feel completely at home. While I did try a lot of over the counter products and DIY approaches, nothing really solved the problem. After Joseph cleaned my carpets, it smelled like a whole new house. Thank you!

Quest Floor Care did a FANTASTIC job of cleaning our carpets through a combination of thorough cleaning on their first visit and follow up visits in which they cleaned any stains that reappeared after the initial cleaning. All for a reasonable, one time payment. Scheduling was easy and they were always available when I tried to contact them. They also took care to wear masks for COVID-19 safety. They were very knowledgeable and honest. I will be keeping them in mind for the next time I need this kind of service.

Joseph did a great job on our carpet. He is very knowledgeable about the science and chemistry in carpet cleaning, so he knows just how to tackle any problem from a first-principles approach, and isn't satisfied the problem is solved. We are so happy with the service we received! Joseph is very personable, was able to fit us in quick, and was very honest about what needed to be done in order to have the best results. We have pets and kids so our carpets have seen better days. We ended up pulling our carpet back in some areas and changed the padding completely. There were a few persistent spots that came back after the first cleaning. Joseph was very kind and came back to clean those spots again. We are so happy with the way it turned out! We understood that our carpet was close to needing to be replaced, but now we can enjoy

Did a good job for us. Cleaned the berber carpet in our large LR/DR space as well as a bedroom and small hall. ALSO, stretched the carpet to remove several wrinkles that had come up due to a bad installation by someone else. Moved all furniture himself, with minimal help. He had to stay very late in the evening due to having run late on another job, and we appreciated this very much, Would definitely use again.
