Had our open-floor plan space sanded and refinished a few months ago. We opted for the oil poly (instead of water poly) and it turned out fantastic! Much richer color than the water poly we used to have. The smell was tough to live with for a few days, but well worth it in the end. We've found the durability of the finish to be better than before, and all stains and marks come up very easily now. It's not perfect in some spots if you look closely, but the price was right, and everyone is amazed at how good it looks. We will definitely call Brent and Rodney again next time we need refinishing. Great

Brent and Rodney were super to work with, and my new floors look fantastic! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They came out same day to measure and give an estimate. I wasn't sure what I wanted, so they explained all the choices and pro and cons of each. They were especially helpful in choosing a color, mixing and applying various samples on site. Because most of my house was being remodeled, they scheduled the work with the other contractors so the floors were done as soon as possible without getting damaged and to minimize the inconvenience to my day-to-day life. Wow - these guys are awesome! They truly revived my 1929 kitchen and parlor floors. Someone had covered them with 3+ layers of vinyl and hardwood laminate, and they needed some serious love. Rodney, Brent, and their crew kept me informed throughout the entire process, telling me all of my options and providing advice. They went above and beyond to help me - they moved a few appliances that I couldn't handle on my own. And they were great guys in general - super kind and considerate to me and my pups. Rodney was absolutely one of the best people I have ever worked with when it comes to getting things done for our new home. He came quickly with an estimate, very professional, got us on his schedule so that the work could be done while we were gone and before we moved into our new home for the least disturbance as possible. Rodney and his team removed stuck padding, sanded and put the first coat on the decades-old hardwood floors in our bedroom. The final coat and floor molding were applied the next day. The transformation was very gratifying. They gave helpful advice and pleasantly addressed our requests. Prompt, professional service at a reasonable price! We had the most positive experience with Rodney and Brent. From start to finish, they were professional and efficient. They took the time to explain the process and answer every question. They gave guidelines for care and treatment of the new floors, immediately after the work and in the long term.The installation of new hardwood and the sanding and varnishing of the existing floors was completed in the time frame they gave us for the work.
