Roof pitch is an industry-specific concept. It refers to the amount of rising, in inches, for every foot of horizontal length and is measured along the gable. For example, a roof that rose 6 would be called a 6/12 roof. Most residential roofs have a pitch between 4/12 and 9/12. This pitch helps with water runoff, reduces snow accumulation, and provides the classic lines of the average American home.

In a nutshell, a coating is a substance that goes over your current roofing structure.
Known for its long lifespan and strong, durable protection, metal roofing as a residential option is a booming trend in the United States. In fact, demand for metal roofing is anticipated to rise in excess of 2.7% per year in the United States over the next 3 years. Those are some pretty good considerations.
SPF, or spray polyurethane foam, is initially a liquid formed from 2 different chemicals. When combined via a spray nozzle, the two chemicals mix, producing a thin foam that is sprayed directly on your existing roof structure. That foam then expands several times its initial volume. It fills every crack, nook, and cranny then dries to a solid, monolithic coating, free from the presence of any seams.

We just had our tile roof re done. The team that worked on our house showed up on the day they promised, they showed up on time and ready to work. All the guys were respectful and responsive any time I needed to speak to them. They completed the work a day earlier the they promised, and the owner of the company came out to inspect all the work to make sure it was done right. I would recommend Cross Country Roofing to anyone getting a new roof.

We were very happy with the experience. We had our tile roof underlayment re-done (re-roof). The crew was on time, friendly, professional and overall did a great job. I was surprised to see the Owner Ian right up there with his crew working. He also did a final walk-through after the job was complete to inspect the work and do any final detail cleaning necessary. Highly recommend this company!
