Tile Roof: The underlayment on a tile roof lasts about 20 years and the tiles them self have a life of about 50 years. Foam Roof: A foam roof can last up to 20 years if it is properly maintained with a coating every 5 years and clear of debris. You should have your roof serviced every year. We offer free roof inspections and can let you know if there is any maintenance that needs to be taken care of.

The roofers that AZ Roofing Works employs are exceptional and work tirelessly to complete the job. I would really have liked to give the business 5 stars but for some reason they did not order enough shingles to complete the work in 2 days and had to finish up on the 3rd day. Not sure why they did not come out and measure the roof in order to get an accurate assessment of how many shingles were needed. I also would like to say that the price is very competitive and is better than most other roofing companies. The work was completed today, September 29, 2021 and again I cannot emphasize enough how

Sent by home inspection company there's a wet spot on my kids roof they sent in a guy wheezing and coughing all over my heart kids room who cannot risk being sick or covid! Not covering mouth coughing all over his bed I'm extremely mad at the lack of professionalism! Where's people's give a crap about others this made me so upset! Wear masks in people's house! Specifically if your coughing and don't cover your mouth you never know who's house your in and what they are going through!

When purchasing our first home AZ Roofing Works was hired to perform a roof inspection and failed miserably. The roof on the house we purchased has a low slope and should not have shingles, a basic observation for any credible roofer but far too much to ask for AZ Roofing Works. They were paid thousands to seal some penetrations in the roof that have found multiple leaks in those same spots since their “workmanship” was complete. Very easy company to work with. Paperwork was done online and roof crew was professional and friendly. They arrived exactly when they were supposed to and did an excellent job. Roof looks great. Cost was slightly lower than other quotes we received and they did not charge for any extras. Great experience and I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them.

Took two days off of work to get my roof done. The first day no one shows up.. kept calling and even the manager didn't know where his own guys were. Tuesday comes and the workers come to collect their money for the job they did.. we were like you never did the job and they were like oh right. Like seriously communicate people. Then they were mad we couldn't take Wednesday off to access our roof after not doing the work the first two days. Then they didn't bring the correct height ladder. Wouldn't recommend wasted two days work of pay for us.

I'm a east valley realtor and have dealt with my share of roofers. Az Roofing Works has been by far my best experience. My clients 10 inspection period was coming to an end. After 3 days of another other roofer telling me they would make it out they never did! I called AZ roofing works and they were out the same day and also provided the estimate that evening. Highly recommended!

We had them come out to our house to fix a water leak in our roof. They had to come out 3 times until they said it was fixed. They replaced broken tiles on our roof and said the problem was fixed. With the recent storm it had began leaking again in the same spot they supposedly had fixed. They came out to look at it and said they would call us with a day someone could come out to fix it. They never called we had to call them numerous times until they scheduled someone to come out 2 weeks later. Someone came out and only looked at it saying now they can't fix it because they would now need

Horrible company. I had my roof completely re-done before moving into my house 2 years ago. I called to let them know my roof was leaking heavily both in a bedroom and in the kitchen. I was informed that my 2 year warranty was expired by about 30 days. I was told that they would call me back and let me know what they could do. No phone call back and my issue is just being ignored. This company did sub-par work and wants to get out of doing the repairs on a technicality of 30 days. A new roof should not leak after just 2 short years.

I have mixed review for the company. While the work they have completed appears to meet standards, their communication is sub-par. The company was quick to tell me when they needed additional funds for additional tile, "to meet code", but when it comes to meeting the time commitment they quoted they failed. They did not contact me to tell me they would need an additional day, or in-fact, that they would not be working the weekend.
