Chris is active in adult hockey leagues and can be found 3 times a week at Oceanside. Chris is an avid mountain biker, enjoys duning and boating as well as riding the wind on either his Harley or his custom. Tracye originally hails from Pleasant Hill, Iowa but considers herself a native Arizonian as she has been here for over 20 years.
Standard concrete tile roofs are a popular roof type here in sunny Arizona. Tiles themselves can last as long as 50 years, but it is the underlayment that wears out and needs to be replaced every 18-22 years. If your roof is in this age range and it starts to leak, it may not be cost effective to repair as it may need to be replaced within months.

Re-roofs will typically take 2 to 4 days depending on the size and style of roof.
Patio roofs commonly last 8 - 12 years depending on the original material and sun exposure so replacing your patio roof before your shingle or tile roof is normal. We are one of a handful of companies that installs the modified bitumen using the torchdown process as it is more cosmetically appealing and longer lasting than the cold process of Peel N Stick.

I kept getting "storm chasing" companies who wanted to do my roof through my insurance based on a couple of shingles missing. So I thought I should get a couple PROFESSIONAL opinions and make sure I was ok. Chris came by and took a look. He told me I am good for now and when I should be looking to redo the roof. To have the owner of a company come by himself and leave without trying to sell you anything is pretty impressive. He knows if you treat people right they remember it. Good chance I will be seeing him again in the future!

Harper’s roofing was amazing to work with! They were prompt and professional. They paid attention to the details, every scrap, garbage and nail was picked up. Every time they would need to come into the backyard, they would let us know so our dog did not get loose. Everyone was professional and genuinely looked like they enjoyed what they do. Needed some roof repairs after a monsoon storm. It seemed we could not find anyone else to come out and there was another storm predicted for the weekend. Harper's Roofing was recommended by several friends and clients. After speaking with Tracye, she had her husband Chris visit us first thing the next morning. He had a crew out within an hour! Very professional, polite, did a great job with repairs and cleanup. They also wore Covid masks while speaking with me, very considerate! I have known Chris Harper for a few years on a personal level and recently procured services from his company to repair and replace some damaged concrete roof tiles. I scheduled with the office and Chris stopped by my house and provided a free estimate. He walked around the roof for a while and made note of all the deficiencies and quoted me a price. My mom had a roof leak and was really worried that it was going to be very, very expensive. Chris came out and inspected the roof and let my mom know that most of her roof was in great shape and a simple repair was all she needed. He also re-flashed the skylights to reduce the likelihood of future leaks. Everyone at Harper's Roofing was friendly; the crew was on time and cleaned up after themselves, leaving no sawdust or mess behind; and the job was reasonably priced. My husband and I hired Harper's Roofing to Re-roof an addition to our house on October 16-17, 2019. They did a great job. Owners, Chris and his wife, Tracy are very professional. It's so nice to experience service like Harpers provides. I contacted Tracye with some storm damage and by the next day my roof was as good as new. Chris had to come out and access the damage, confirm the color of my roof tiles, trim part of my tree, cut the tiles and install them... all while I was at work!

Harper's Roofing was one of the easiest and friendliest companies I have ever worked with! From start to finish Tracye answered all of my questions via email or phone right away!
We just had our a shake roof from 1979 removed and a shingle roof put on. The price was very fair and the work looks beautiful! All of the work was done on time (the whole process only took 4 days) and the workers did a great job cleaning everything up each day.

I moved into a 26 year old home and there were some issues with the roof from my home inspection report. I had Harper's come out and inspect the roof. Chris found 3 different potential issues and divided up the estimate into those 3 problem areas. He also gave me advice on which areas need to be fixed soon and which ones we could wait on (or watch).
