No one LIKES dealing with a roofer. You are not having a good day. But I have had two small issues lately. They respond quickly and got me on the list quickly. They will call and keep you up to date on their time of arrival. Both jobs they have quoted me were the best value by a fair amount. I liked the work they do and will control use them.

No don't call them. Unless you're desperate and have a big hole in your roof, they stand in their own way of their own success by hiring the wrong receptionist who sabotaged my job, and by refusing to show me any of their actual work, or photos of any of their work. This was an unprofessional experience for me. They thought explaining details to a paying customer was so problematic that sabotaging my job was the better business choice. They just expected their money to be made more easily simply by your desperation. One star rating here is equivalent to a bottom feeder in a fishtank. Find someone

These guys are fantastic. I used them in 2015 to replace half my roof that got damaged in a storm and not only were they they lowest bid, they were also really professional and did a great job. Roof looks great 5 years later.
I also recently had a small patch of shingles that came off in a storm on the other half of my roof that they didn't replace in 2015 and they came out and charged me next to nothing to fix it. Just an honest and professional company. I wish all contractors were like this.

We are beyond blown away by the service and quality we received by Taylor at Mesa Roofing! He was courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and prompt. Our quote matched our invoice exactly, and their price was very convincing (lowest of 3 quotes we had done by other local roofers). Shingles match perfectly, and no noticeable dip where our old evaporative cooler used to be! I would recommend to anyone!

They completely replaced the front half of my ancient roof in December 2015 after a storm blew off many of the shingles and it is still looking good today.

Unfortunately, I've become somewhat jaded when it comes to service providers. When trying to gain your business, it seems that most will promise 'the moon', but fall well-short on delivery. When questioned about mistakes or other issues that often arise, most seem to default toward defensiveness or insinuate ignorance to their previous commitments. Not so with Mesa Roofing.
