We rented a dumpster. They were easy to schedule with, and even reschedule with (I had gotten the initial dates wrong and changing it was no problem), they dropped off and picked up in a timely fashion, and were generally very professional.
Cons: apparently almost hit my brother’s car with the dumpster when dropping it off, and I had to correct the drop-off address *twice.* It only through sheer luck that I caught the miscommunication and avoided having the dumpster dropped off at the wrong house. But eh, mistakes happen and they were reasonable so I’d def recommend them.

Junk and Demolition Pros made the long-dreaded task cleaning out my basement super easy! They parked the dumpster in my back yard, I filled it over two weekends and then all the junk was gone forever! The price was very reasonable and communication was easy. Great prices compared to the competition, prompt communication when trying to figure out if I could fit a dumpster into a certain spot, and available to drop off within a day. They asked to extend the rental period by a day for reasons on their end, and gave me a free additional day when I said I wanted it even longer. Overall, no complaints on my end.

The good, junk pros were super fast with scheduling and responsive to texts and emails, demo of our old garden gazebo was quick and job site clean up was good.
The bad, one of the workers refused to wear a mask when we had to exchange information despite being asked to. The job was more complicated than junk pros thought as the bid was done with photos and so they did not remove the cement foundation footer blocks which turned out to be bigger then they anticipated but which were part of the bid. So if you have a job that has more than just clean up I’d make sure you get an in person quote to

I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs to remove junks. The office staffs were very friendly and professional. The field workers (Young and Charlie) were exactly on time and gave us text messages before they arrive, extremely hard working, super efficient, amazingly thorough and very very friendly. I'm used to doing a lot of things myself but sometimes you need help. I tore down a small ten by twelve deck but when it was time to consider removal of the demolition debris did I realize how back breaking and time consuming a task was ahead of me; renting a truck, going to the dump, lines, not to mention re-tweaking my back, well i conceded that maybe someone had to help me now. I've used these guys and gals twice now and they have done a good job each time. They will bid high so at least talk to them and see if you can get a reasonable bid before deciding to look elsewhere.

Called to get an estimate on kitchen demolition. Demo price was more than reasonable in price. Owner, Jared and crew arrived on time and spent the day carefully removing all cabinets, granite countertops, backsplash and all appliances. Big job, considering we live on top floor of a condo. Big Kitchen also. Broke down cabinets and hauled out with wagons, crew hauling down stairs when needed. Property common areas were well prepped with coverage and protection to walls and floors. Cleaned up and vacuumed interior of my condo. In addition, vacuumed hallways and elevator

After cutting out a large section of sod in our yard, we need to have it hauled away. Junk pros responded to my request for a quote very quickly, with a very reasonable price, and were able to come the same day. I called around 9 pm Monday and left a message about a mattress, box springs, and a relatively heavy 6' bookcase my brother left at my sister-in-law's when he moved cross-country and didn't want to haul it home since it had seen a long and good life.
Mike returned my call as I was headed to the city. Very personable guy! When our conversation leaned towards me doing the deed of dumping, he walked me through the steps even though that would have meant no business for him. Who does that these days?
