I now see other reviews confirming this company regularly finds ways to say they have to charge you more than agreed. This is an update to my earlier review now that all charges have hit my account. In short, I ordered a 40-Yard Dumpster. They dropped a 30-Yard Dumpster. I was charged over $900 for the 40-Yard Dumpster. They called the day before delivery to tell me they had to add $100 to the order do to it being out of their service area (it was in their service area when I ordered it). They then billed another $300 for being over the tonnage of the 30-YARD DUMPSTER I did not order but

I found them on line there website was good and there prices where better then others. I purchased a 40 ton dumpster they only brought me 1, 20 ton dumpster. They took that 20 ton dumpster to the dump brought it back empty and said their, now you have another empty 20 ton dumpster which now equals 40 tons. When I could have taken the 20 ton dumpster to the fill and I would have been charged very little compared to renting s whole other 20 ton dumpster and to top it off they still haven't refunded my $300 deposit. This place is a scam I would never recommend them to anyone.

I love to give positive reviews, however, this company does not deserve one. I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a dumpster on Thursday Aug 9th, for it to be delivered on Sunday Aug 12th. I called them on Monday Aug 13th to inquire why the dumpster was not delivered when I ordered it, and really needed it. I was told they probably don't deliver on Sundays. Ok, probably? Then why does it allow you to set that time up and they charged my credit card. The dumpster arrived on Tuesday, 2 days after I needed the dumpster. To make things worse, the dumpster was not the correct dumpster

This company is horrible! They will scam you out of money. I ordered and paid for a 20- yard dumpster for a home renovation....It arrived a day late. Then halfway thru my 10 day rental it was picked up without my knowledge or request. I have called numerous times to see why it was picked up and get some of my money back as the dumpster was not full when it was picked up. They will not connect me with a supervisor and no one will call me back. Then last night they charge me an additional 150 dollars saying it was over the weight limit when picked up. There is no way, it was not even full

I got my 40-yard dumpster from Local Dumpster 411. Those guys were pretty good on the price but the most important they were on time.
They said they will deliver it at 8 am, and the guy was at my location at 7.45 am. In the construction business, it is very unusually I can tell you that for sure. So just for that reason, I must give them A+ rating. :)

Called this company to have a 40 yard dumpster delivered. Their website boasts $949.00 for this size.
I order a dumpster then I get a call the next day saying that the landfill is charging $200 more for the max tonnage on this dumpster and they are going to charge me an extra $200. I asked why I'm being charged for extra weight when I don't know that I'll even fill the dumpster. After all sorts of run around they said, it's not the weight, it's the volume. Okay, but still I may not fill the thing. I asked for the landfill name so I could confirm that they are telling
