I have been a regular customer for a while and have liked this company in the past. Emily in particular does a great job with cleaning and is very friendly.
I recently scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance, in anticipation of a landlord’s walkthrough. The appointment time came and went, no call/no show. So I reached out through Boise Cleaning Maid Easy’s website - got no response. I reached out by phone and left a voicemail - no response. Their voicemail greeting says that no clients are being taken at this time, so I’m not sure if my appointment is even valid? But I have a booking

I have been using Boise Cleaning Maid Easy for awhile now. I have been very happy with them. They do a great job. I have been home a couple of times while they cleaned and they flat get after it. They are hard working and do a great job, leaving little touches throughout the house that signal they care about what they are doing.
I have had other cleaning services before and have experienced a variety of problems from things being broken to not being able to get the cleaning person to ever show up. I looked at many of the larger commercial businesses but was always put off by the minimum requirements
