Beware of these folks. Very low quality and shabby work. They will try all means to collect the money and then cheat.
We live in Irving, TX. They did a stamped concrete patio for us and it cracked within a week. The patio also shows footprint of their workers. Melody promised warranty for her work but never responded to our calls or text. She gave many personal reasons to collect the money, promising to fix everything and then disappeared.
We tried our best to get her to respond. Now, we are planning to sue this company.

Melody Mayer will not return my $1500.00 deposit. She did not do the job. I would like my money back.
**Update** Company has finally paid me my deposit back. The reason I stop the fence work was because company tacked on another $800 within a few days before start date. She stated her supplier misquoted her for the materials/fencing.
It took aprox 30 plus days to get $$ Back. I had to keep following and it felt like I had to chase my money. Aprox the 30th day, I finally left a msg stating that I was on my way to the address posted in BBB to collect my money. She quickly returned my call or text

We worked with Melody and her team a couple of years ago. It was November of 2017 and we love their work. They were fast, efficient and produced quality work. From start to finish the entire experience was seamless. I was prompted to complete this review because I recently needed a copy of my receipt for my insurance company and I misplaced my original copy. Just like our original experience with this company, Melody responded within an hour and by that afternoon she had sent me my receipt. I don't think I could be more dissatisfied with my experience with Renew Fence's Owner Melody and her work crew. From the beginning Melody couldn't even make the appointment to give me a proper appraisal. I had already had the area measured to put in a dog run and gate, which came to 240 sq. ft. She initially quoted me $2,100.00 over the phone, which included the concrete and gate. The next thing I see is a contract in my email for $2,150, but the measurements were not what I clearly stated on the phone of 240 sq. ft. She quoted for 170 sq. ft. and $450.00 for the gate. Jim Taylor is the owner. He was my contact from start to finish. I talked to friends throughout Rockwall that know him and all spoke highly of his character.
I went with Fence Renew when the Texas winds blew sections of my existing fence down. After seeing Jim's extremely high quality fences he had been installing in my neighborhood I knew I would have a fantastic looking fence.
