Michael Williams have stole from me 38000 dollars.i gave the police a copy of the contract and all checks Michael took but never perform,because he said he have no money at this time and he is really sorry but at the moment he live with his mother in rowlett and he took the money "for other things".
he collected my insurance check for 9500 dollars and never bought any metirials or perform any work.

Michael williams the owner of countryman constructions has stole my money.he texted me that he have some financial issues and this is why he cannot install my roof.after i waited for 1 month i asked him to pay me back beacuse my roof is leaking and my garage doors are not working and he told my wife and i to give him another week and he will give us back the money which he never did.

I needed several items to be fixed: window trim replaces, complete chimney cover constructed, eave flashing and having roof runoff redirected. This and a complete repainting. The crew was on time, did fantastic work, and left no scrap or waste materials. They did exactly as bid with only a minor material cost increase due to unseen rotted substructure. 100% satisfied.

I met Mike at the Royse City Fun Fest. We talked over some ideas I had for my house and agreed to talk later. He was very courteous and polite and not pushy at all. When it came time for a quote he was honest and did not pull any punches. A few weeks later he called back and was able to give me a new quote that was significantly lower due to getting a new sub-contractor. When we were picking out the colors, Mike worked really hard to get us something that we would like.
