George was on time for the appointment. He was very pleasant and worked professionally and efficiently. He was done cleaning all the carpet in our empty 4 bedroom house in an hour. He even honored the agreed upon fee quoted in Thumbtack despite my adding another room and closets. I would highly recommend George for any carpet cleaning needs.

Called Saturday through thumb tack & requested price to clean 3 rooms of carpet, 1 microfiber sectional, & 3 area rugs. Priced me $175. Set up service for Sunday am. They got here at 11:30am & advised me $175 was for sectional & 3 rooms only. Would NOT honor his pricing per emails. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! ALL info was given before price was quoted, then tried to raise the price saying area rugs not included. Again...very UNPROFESSIONAL way to do business! One & done.

I used this company for a move-in cleaning. They did not do a good job. What they did was a surface cleaning that was not thorough and NOT a move-in deep cleaning that I paid for. They left dust in the corners, there was dust above the door jams and the light fixtures. They made a slight attempt to clean above the refrigerator but it was still very sticky. They did not clean the inside of the closets (including the corners or the shelving inside). I had to call the owner to let him know that his cleaning crew had not cleaned the ceiling fans or done a thorough cleaning of the bathroom. When I booked
