Dwayne was running late but called with ETA updates or the option to reschedule. We opted to keep our appointment albeit later. We contracted for a dryer vent cleanout. He tackled the exterior vent first and then the interior. He replaced a dryer hose (with one we had) and put everything back together. It's been 8 years since it's been cleaned and this made a significant impact. It has cut our drying time in half.

I can’t thank this company and Dwayne enough!! Him and his coworker went above and beyond helping me yesterday. I wish I took before photos - the difference is AMAZING. The townhouse I just purchased had never been cleaned since what seems like 1985 when it was built, and they made sure it looked good as new before they left. They even went out and got a new bracket to hold up the dryer vent to the ceiling to help me out! Thank you so much!

I’ve used other well known carpet cleaners in the past and they didn’t give near the amount of detail or attention to the issues I was having, mostly due to pet hair and urine. Getting an appointment was quick and easy. Dwayne communicated via text to let me know he was on his way and he was on time. I was supposed to have my carpets cleaned yesterday morning. My appointment was for 10am-11am.
I got my house ready to go, vacuumed, moved furniture, got up and ready for them.
They call my at 10:45 and say they're not at the correct location. I tried to help them find it by sending my location, the tech calls me and tells me it's an additional 24 mins away from the location google maps gave them like it was my fault. He said that was an hour and a half away from his home location. I was confused about why that was my problem seeing as how when I scheduled the appointment, nothing was

Dwayne and DAngelo did an excellent jo, as usual. They are the only carpet cleaners I will hire. This trip, I had a grease spot, and two other spots made by WD40 that had dropped down from the recliner that I had treated with it for a squeak. The grease and WD40 are gone! Carpet looks like new! Plus, these guys are so friendly and nice! Great young men to do business with!

Excellent Job on Cleaning my carpets and getting the dog hair up and all the smell out. I have 2 rental homes that I take good care of and Dwayne is the guy with Elite cleaners that I always call. My rental company had used another company but I had to call Elite Cleaners to clean my carpets after the other company did a poor job. I Highly recommend Dwayne and Elite Cleaners. Duane from Elite Cleaners Indianapolis, cleaned the carpets in our new home and our rental. Both times he did a tremendous job removing stains I never thought could be removed.
Duane is professional, personable, courteous and works dilengtly to get the job done.

I hired Elite to clean all my carpets to have a fresh start before moving into our new house. Their prices are great and it's super easy to book on their website - mobile friendly too! I can't brag on our technician Dwayne enough! He arrived right on time, was friendly, and got right to work. He takes great pride in his work and worked his butt off!! I've hired a big name steamer before who did not do as many steps. Elite used a special vacuum, sprayed the citrus smelling chemical cleaner, went over every square inch with a scrubber (that I've never seen before from others)

The technician used a special vacuum to get up all kinds of additional dirt, dust & pet hair, after I had already vacuumed. I've never had another company do this!!
He spent 4 hours cleaning my 2 story home and did a very thorough job. He even went back and tried to get 2 paint drops out of the Carpet in one room. Highly recommend them and will definitely items be using them again!!

We found this company through another website and gave them a try based on the reviews. Our carpets had stains we didn't know about under some furniture. We have multiple pets so it was definitely a need to address the stains. Dwayne was on time, clear on what steps were needed, and the cost which included additional charges we had not anticipated at the time we scheduled the cleaning.
