Recently we inquired about exterior shutters and the personnel at this location was rude and unprofessional.
We were met at the door by a woman who was clearly annoyed by our presence and she asked us what we were looking for. She huffed off and said, "Well I'll have to go get a mask." We saw her go to the back room and whispering with a man. He came out and wanted to know what we wanted and he was quite annoyed that we were even there.
When we told him we were looking for exterior house shutters he rolled his eyes and said, "I'll have to go to the back and get a catalog" in a sarcastic and condescending

I worked here 20 years ago and am glad to be back. We have a good group of people working here and if one of us doesn't know what you're looking for another will jump in and help out. We really try to find what our customers need if we don't have it. We have 2 ladies who will help lay out your kitchen design and choose cabinets to help organize your new kitchen. Also 2 men who will help you with your building plans, projects and make sure you are getting the right materials for the job!
