I'm always a little worried when I see a review with so many 5's, but after visiting Mike at Tune Times, I can say that the reviews are absolutely warranted. First off, Mike is great to work with, funny as hell and absolutely knowledgeable about cars and stereos. What I found when I met him is that he had gone through a battle with throat cancer, and that leaves him only able to converse using a throat mic.
We, at Tune Time Stereo and Alarm, install and service car alarms and audio system, including Navagation, Bluetooth, Mobile Multimedia and Back-up Cameras. We are also also able to do custom fiberglass work for consoles, subwoofer encloures and such. Free estimates are offered and we have been in business since 1998.

Honesty goes a long way!!! I just bought a new car because my last one was stolen and I was looking to get a car alarm installed. Mike was very honest with me and told me that my car already had a working alarm system and that I didn't need another one. He walked me through how to use it and gave me tips on alternate ways to open my car if the key battery dies... my mind was blown! Most people would take your money and keep it pushing!! I highly recommend this place.

I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Mike here! My wife and I walked in this morning to inquire about upgrading the stereo in my 2015 wrangler prior to a long drive to Utah on a few days short notice. All the places we had called the day prior were too busy to be able to help us, so we weren't too hopeful we could get it done before our trip. Well, he just so happened to have someone cancel that morning so he was able to squeeze us in and we had a new stereo installed in under 2 hours! Initially I felt I was in the right place when I had tune time install my new stereo and speakers. After a few weeks of constant, and what grew to be louder and louder rattling in the doors, I felt the need to investigate. Both driver and passenger side speakers were installed with just 1 screw. Now I understand that we are in trying times, and construction materials are getting more expensive and harder to find daily....but come on....it was 4 more sheet metal screws.....I also found it to be a nice touch when I stopped by after the stereo was installed to inquire about how the steering wheel

Gave them a star because I do believe they have talent. But that’s all they got . Went there after a bad experience at a hole In the wall shop because of all the great reviews. FYI money was not a concern for me. I needed my system set up the way it should be . They guy said he was too busy To service me and I get that . But then proceeds to tell me that he’s too busy to educate me on the trade? Well if I was educated On your trade why do I need you ? Just say your backed up and tell me when to come back. Match your trade skills to your customer service skills, and you could make a lot of money

I made the right choice to go to Mike at Tune Time. He was so knowledgeable and very patient answering all my questions. My stereo job was a super simple touch screen in an older car but he treated it like it was a very important job and did an amazing job !

I've been going to Mike now for over a decade. Today he absolutely knocked it out of the park (again) with the install. He installed an Alpine Halo unit in my vehicle and as always he surpassed what was expected. For those lucky enough to get to know Mike understand it's hard to find a better person in the business.

Mike at tune time listened to what I wanted and gave me a suggestion that was well within my budget for a head unit with backup camera. I placed a deposit and the components were in stock within a week. Installation was painless for me and Mike took plenty of time to show me how to use the new head unit. While a very simple install, Mike did a clean job, left no mess, and used high quality components. I would recommend this business and will use Tune Time again.

Every once in a while you come across top-tier work ethics and customer service where I feel you give credit where it's due. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was bringing my car to the right place. I wish there was something I could say that they could work on, but I believe they have thought of every detail! I went here for a consult based on the awesome Yelp reviews. Unfortunately I was not impressed. I felt like they were not really interested in helping me since I just needed a basic head unit upgrade for my commuter car. Asked what kinda stereos he had, first thing he said was, "money talks." When asked if I wanted to keep my steering wheel controls (of course yes), he said, "money money money. That's what I like to hear."

Mike answered my email regarding the in-dash radio in our RV which amazed me to begin with. Most businesses won't answer their emails.
Told him what I had and wanted it replaced. Got with him later and he picked out a replacement that would work. Later decided to have them install it. Chris installed the unit and so far we are very happy with it. Great job.

I took my 2017 Jeep Renegade to Tune Time Stereo & Alarm to get a head unit installed. Not only did they do a clean installation job but figured out how to make everything work with my stock steering wheel. While getting my head unit installed they also tinted my winddows using 3M tint with a warranty.
They even made my stock USB port work with the new head unit.
I was so impressed I went back to talk about getting a subwoofer enclosure in my spare tire well. My car like a lot of new cars doesnt come with a spare tire. Instead it has an empty space and an air compressor.

Came in to purchase a fuse for the avalanche.
GREAT experience. The gentleman in the shop came out to the truck to take a look, replaced the fuse, no questions asked. He took his time and answered our questions.
Extremely knowledgeable and was looking out for OUR best interest, which seems to be very uncommon in the car repair industry.

My husband took our 2012 Acura TSX here to get a backup camera installed. The dashboard doesn't have room for a monitor, so the monitor is located is located in the rearview mirror. Keep in mind that the monitor only shows when the car is in reverse, otherwise it works like a regular rearview mirror. The camera is located near the rear license plate.
Although this was a pricey upgrade to our five year old car, I felt it was worth the cost. It was very well done and looks OEM. Also, we plan to drive this car into the ground, so having a backup camera really helps me.
