Mr. Jay Provides exceptional service. He came recommended from Johnny's Electric in Garner. I have a Smart car made by Mercedes-Benz, It is not an easy key to produce. I had called multiple major companies that declined to help me because they did not have the knowledge or training to make a key for my car. Mr. Jay has won me over for life, I highly recommend his service. He is a master at his profession.

Key Harbor at Crabtree referred me to Jay when they couldn't perform the service that I needed (a key may to fit my car door lock). Over the phone Jay offered advice on other approaches to my problem I could do myself (maybe the problem wasn't the key). When those things didn't work he came when he said he would, fixed the problem, provided a little extra, charged what he said he would, and was just generally pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

I was referred to Barker's lock service from the auto dealership, which gave me high hopes for a positive experience. I received prompt and professional service from Jay Barker when i lost the only car key i owned. He returned my call quickly, explained the breakdown of costs, and set up an appointment. He arrived on time (actually a few minutes before) and went right to work. The fancy-pants type if key I have costs a pretty penny, and although steep, I think Jay charges an average amount for his services. My only key somehow got bent and would no longer turn the ignition. I first called the dealership, who would have had me tow the car there, and then wanted to replace the ignition and a number of other pricey parts in addition to making a new key. I'm so glad I found Barker's Lock Service online after first calling another locksmith who could do anything with car keys. He came out the same day and in less than 20 minutes, made me 2 new keys and programmed them. He was fast, punctual, and friendly, and knew what he was doing, and the price was very reasonable (he only charged me 30$ more

I somehow managed to lose the one and only key to my vehicle over Labor Day weekend. Jay Barker set me up with a next day appointment (he had same day available, but I was at work). He came to my house promptly at the appointment time, and 15 minutes later, my vehicle was started! Fast, thorough, and no hidden costs - i knew exactly how much I would be paying before I ever got off the phone to make the appointment.
