They've helped me out twice in two years and each time have been incredibly down to earth, fun, pleasant, and provided the service I needed. I called several places and none would touch my 2008 Jetta. I found an old email from 2019 to find who did such a great job for me last time. I'm so glad I could find them again!

Just received awesome service. I ordered a cheap replacement key fob online. Dan was very friendly over the phone. Got my service scheduled. Came to my house (masked, thank you). It took all of 10 minutes for him to cut my key, program the transponder chip and the fob buttons to work with my car. I put in quote requests with about a dozen other places and they all charged about $25 -40 more than KeyLogic AND required me to drive to their shop. I locked my key in the car in the park tonight (Friday). Thank goodness KeyLogic still open and their tech David came to unlock. Their fee is reasonable, service friendly and introduced additional information related to our key. Hopefully I won't need emergency service any more, but if I do. This is the one I would call.

Great experience. Easy to schedule by phone and they come to you! Took a same day appointment and gave me a 2 hour window. Locksmith called ahead of his arrival and was on time. Replacement keys for my Accord were cut and programmed quickly and work perfectly. Price was very fair. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you, Daniel and KeyLogic Locksmith.

Just called to see about getting a smart key replaced. Service was very friendly, and the quoted price was significantly lower than anyone else I called (by $125 dollars) and they had the key I needed on hand without ordering. I was lucky enough to have my original key start working while on the phone, but if you need a replacement start here.

Dan is amazing, knowledgeable and professional! I just bought a late model used car that came with only one key. I got another new key off the web, but the dealership wanted a LOT of money just to program the keys. Dan was busy and willing to come out to my work on Monday to take care of my keys, but I'm not too patient, so he was willing to meet me half-way - right away.
Dan carries the right tools for the right job. He was able to cut the new key and reprogram both of them in 10 minutes. He quoted a fair price over the phone, so I knew what I was paying and what I was paying for.

I'm pretty patient but sadly this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I was inconvenienced 3 different times in 1 week by them.
1. After being on hold for more than 15 minutes, I scheduled a re-key of my new home for later that afternoon (Monday 4-6pm). It was after 6:30pm I received a call saying they couldn't make it and I have to reschedule. I understood but would have preferred an earlier call. Rescheduled for Tuesday morning 9-11am. I had to get off work early and now have to change my work schedule again for the next day.
2. With the re-key I also had a mail box

We were contacted by the president of KeyLogic Locksmith. He had just become aware of our dissatisfaction with the service. He offered to work with us to make the situation right.
And sure enough he did... he worked with us to resolve the situation to our satisfaction.
This is a company where the owner is truly vested in the organization. High marks for his integrity - this doesn't happen often (at least in my experience) and is certainly someone I WOULD work with again.

I needed a replacement car key for my Prius and contacted several dealers and local locksmiths.
The KeyLogic customer service was excellent from start to finish; my questions were answered thoroughly and without hesitation. After agreeing to purchasing the key, their mobile unit was at my place shortly thereafter and I had the new car key in my hands the same-day. I am very satisfied with price and quality of product. I would highly recommend.

Locked myself out of the house this morning after an early morning run. KeyLogic was the first to answer my call at 7:40am and was at my house within 30 minutes (near downtown Cary), even though they quoted me 45. I didn't catch the name of the guy helping me, but he was friendly, professional, fast, and didn't damage my brand new lock. What more could you want? It was a flat $100 since it was earlier than 8am. Cheaper than breaking a window! I'll definitely call these guys again.

I was in a rush to go catch the bus to go to get my medicine from the doctor & what did I do leave out without my keys. I had locked the bottom lock like I always do. All keys were in the house. I called Key Logic. They helped me out & they got me in my home in just mins. Dan was very polite & friendly, Thanks so much for your help Dan!!!

I called a bunch of locksmith with 3 or more star rating and a lot of them don't make car keys for models after 2010. Then I searched on Google and called Dan at KeyLogic. I immediately recognized that he was a pro based on the answers he offered to my questions. He has a mobile service and came to my office to make the new key I wanted for a 2012 Ford Fusion after I made an appointment.
I enjoyed talking with Dan while he made and programed the new car key. I gave him a 5-sar based on his service, knowledge, quality of work and the affordable cost. I paid $125 on the new car key. -
