Lockout - This service provides owners and qualified employees, occupants and residents entry to structures and vehicles with normal operating, mechanical lock systems by non-destructive means when keys are unavailable. Malfunctioning Lockout - This service involves gaining entry to structures for qualified individuals when normal lock operation is mechanically at fault.

This service may require site audit prior to quote. Service activation fee credited towards total is services rendered. Lock Rekey - The re-pinning of existing locks to operate with a different key. Formerly operating keys will no longer do so. 2 new keys are provided per rekey service call. Extra keys are available.

Lock Installation - This service involves installing a lock or lock system where no lock has been previously installed requiring cuts, crossbores, latch bores, mortising and/or inletting for new hardware to be fitted. Accurate descriptions of door and door casing material is required as well as measurements to ensure proper fit and finish.
