Busse's Lock Service

The lock does not fit properly since they re-keyed it this time. For years I did not have this problem when I pointed it to him, he started grilling the socket. I did not like that and let him leave it the way it is. When I engage a handyman next time for something, I will get the lock repositioned.

Needed a special key made for an antique buffet. All I had was one of the locks. After going to a couple local locksmiths who could not help, I contacted Busse's. "Bring it in, we can do that.". 24 hours later I had two keys the worked in all five licks. A little expensive, but my alternatives were limited.

Not Good, but under the current WOKE environment under stand able. Went in to purchase a safe but was denied service for refusing to wear a mask. I guess they have all the business they can stand. Not Mine. Could not grade this establishment because they wouldn't service me. I have purchased from them in the past and was well pleased. Something terrible has gone wrong in the SafeHouse

Busse's is an institution in Raleigh and provides very fast, reasonably-priced and the most courteous customer service - and most of the time, service is performed while you (briefly) wait. These are wonderful people and a business that I will continue to support (and they require and provide masks upon entry which makes me like them even more). I can't imagine how many years they've been around and hope they will be around for many, many more. FIVE STAR SERVICE!

These people are great locksmiths and they are also great people. I was in Raliegh from Colorado to visit my aging mother and found out she had locked herself out of her safe again. I called Busses as we always have and, instead of forcing a service call, they helped me out over the phone. It was a huge relief for my mother and for me and Busses did this for us as a long time client without charging us. Thanks everyone. You helped me out of a jam.

My GM dealer key cutting machine is down, so they sent me to Busse's for my key cutting. Busse's prefers that you buy your blank from them, but I had a GM blank for my dealer, and they cut the key assuming no liability. They key cutting went great, and it works very well.

They are extremely knowledgeable, EXTREMELY. I was in today with a difficult key that I needed duplicated. Their level of expertise and professionalism has to be seen to be believed. I highly recommend Busse's, ignore everyone else, this is the place to go.

It seems they have every key blank known to humanity in their shop!
After searching unsuccessfully for someone to cut some keys for my RV, Busse's was recommended by another locksmith. I emailed them via their website, received a prompt reply asking that I stop by the shop. When I arrived and presented my keys, the friendly person helping me acted like it was no big deal. I guess it's not if you carry a vast selection! Keys were made while I waited and I was on my way.
Busse's is now my go-to shop for all things locks, keys, and great customer service!

I've had safe codes reset and keys cut by Busse's. Every employee I've interacted with has been extremely helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this company! They made me 2 keys from a broken key. Saved having to buy an ignition!

Terrible customer service! I emailed over a week ago about a quote for locks on our doors. Laura notes that she would follow up with me in a week. A week passed and I followed up after not hearing from her. I shared what my request was and asked her to pull up the email that I sent. She also noted that they were working on half a staff, which I can completely understand given what's going on in the country. I expressed my understanding to her.

Bought. new door hardware for our 33 year old house. Took the new door locks to Busse's. Cameron did a great job helping me re-key all the locks. In addition, he was able to help me "customize" a deadbolt combination that I need for my front entrance door. Very knowledgeable young man and a big help.

The business does have a big set of "policies" prominently displayed behind the counter that may sound "intimidating". Not really sure why they need to have those written in that manner. However, I would recommend Cameron as a big help for your locksmith needs.

We needed the house re-keyed ASAP. They promptly answered the phone, found a time that was convenient for us, showed up exactly when they said they would and re-keyed 3 doors in record time. Professional, fast, reasonably priced. I would never use another service!

Been here twice now. I like to support locally owned businesses and it makes sense to go to Busse's for keys. They copy keys for around $2.50 and they can do it in under 30 seconds for a standard house key. I don't know if that's normal but it impressed me since I have usually used the key machines outside walmarts and it costs $5-10 and it takes 2-3 mins. Plus the humans are nice at Busse's

LOOK NO FURTHER, this place is the best! Both of my Toyota keys broke and I called several different places for estimates for cutting new keys. The Toyota dealership claimed ~$300 and other local locksmiths/key places claimed $95-$175. I voyaged to Busse's after my mom recommended that I check it out before I forked up some serious cash and they cut both of my keys for $7.31. A literal fraction of the cost of the other places. They were very friendly and helpful. I'd almost break my keys again on purpose just to repeat this interaction. GO HERE!!!

A company with integrity. I acquired a simple safe, and instead of charging me to come out and take a look, they directed me to a cheaper do-it-yourself option. I will definitely use this company if I need a locksmith.

Quick, easy, and got the job done. I needed an uncommon key copied, and after having no luck at a hardware store, they had it done in minutes. Nice staff, easy location to get to.

Went here on a recommendation. Glad I did. Great Service. I had a car key worn down to almost nothing. It took about 25 mins but they were able to figure it out. The bigbox store machines were not able to match the worn key profile, but they were. Vast amounts of key templates, never knew how many there were. I would highly recommend them and they sell safes in the store as well, larger kinds but non the less. Great website, informative!!!!

They've delivered on every lock ive taken in there. From simple key-copies to making new keys for a lock, they're very good. and somewhat quick. They sell a bunch of safes in the showroom, along with a bunch of other locks and gadgets.
