We woke up this morning to our AC leaking water into our downstairs room. We don't use that room so not sure how long it has been going on. I called and within an hour Shannon was out. He took care of everything quickly. Was very honest and upfront about everything.

I would love to share my amazing experience with not only this company, but the tech that came out! David was amazing we called after hours, our AC was broken. David was on call. Not only was this the only company that even called back, he offered friendly advice.He said if I wanted to wait until the morning he would get to me first thing. We decided to wait. And without fail. 8am he knocked on my door! I was amazed at the level of customer service. Its rare these days to not only find a company that cares, but an employee that cares and it showed in his work how much he enjoyed his job. Thanks

My mother in law’s hot water heater completely quit working. There was no water flowing through it at all. She is 90, suffering with dementia, and this was an emergency to us in order to properly care for her. I called Addison Smith who quoted me a very fair price to replace the hot water heater. This was around noon and they had a technician at her house later that evening. Cody was very courteous, professional and did and excellent job! The Tech that came out was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed issue and made repair same day. He told me the cost upfront before he made the repairs so that there were no surprises. The manager also came out next day to check on my unit and to make sure I was happy with the service. I will call Addison Smith for all my HVAC and Plumbing needs.

Thank you so much Addison Smith for your prompt service! We received same day service on our air conditioning unit that stopped working over the weekend. Our Service Professional, Jody Wade, was fantastic! He was polite, knowledgeable, and repaired our malfunctioning AC unit. He found the problem quickly and repaired it right away with the parts he had available on his truck. Before he left, we had cool air again! We also enrolled in their maintenance program! If you are looking for reliable, honest, dependable, professional service, this is the place to call. They had a Service Technician at our house in a little over an hour from when we called. And it was late on a Friday afternoon. Our Service Technician, Jody Wade was an impressive representative of this company. He was VERY polite and explained everything. We have used Addison Smith several years for our heating and cooling needs and even became yearly maintenance agreement customers. Last week we realized it was time to replace our 15 year old system. Our existing 4 ton unit was not cooling our upstairs bonus area at all. The engineers at Addison Smith redesigned our duct work, added more vents,… another return-Sur vent and zoned our house to control upstairs and downstairs separately without having to install two condensing units.
