Everything they did in our remodel of our bathroom (s), we have had to have another plumber in to fix it- except for the toilet. Both showers ( they replaced the fixtures in our son’s bathroom- we had to fix their work) and the free standing tub had issues- including leaking because they didn’t put in a washer before attaching the hose. On the flexible shower hose- in the separate shower- they only connected it to the hot water. It was extremely disappointing. They were hired by our contractor - and these issues lead to dissolving that relationship as well. The work was “completed” 11/20

If you want a company who communicates with customer, and has quick turnaround on your project, DO NOT USE CCM. The owner of the company, Mr. Morris, does not communicate with the customer, or very well with his subcontractors. My husband had to give work direction to the subcontractors because they told him Mr. Morris failed to give them details to our job needs. We hired CCM on August 10th, by mid October our small bathroom renovation (master and guest bath) was still not completed. We were never called as to when the crew would be at our home, and often after leaving door unlocked, CCM never

Adding a bathroom downstairs all I got was about 43 2x4's, about 40 foot of pex pipe and about 20 foot of 2 inch PVC installed for $3288. I did all the wiring myself and bought the tub, sink, toilet and accessories. I had him stop working it made me sick. They worked a total of 11 hours at $2500 for labor. I felt like I was robbed. Would not!! I repeat Would not recommend Chad or CCM plumbing to anyone unless you want to complete it yourself.
