JCA Design Group began out of an idea that architectural style and character does not have to be a lost art. Joshua Aaron and Carolyn Feinstein have a passion for beauty through design. Over the years, as they remodeled homes in cities across the USA, they heard time and again from people how incredible the rooms looked, what interesting and one-of-a-kind pieces they used, and how creative and inspiring their design choices were.

Recently had a conversation with Mr. Joshua. Mr.Joshua was a gentleman who provided great insight to what I need done. While I was not able to design a style with Mr. Joshua based on my budget, he was STILL able to provide more than enough information to begin my journey into getting my first home. He was able to provide me with guidance to where I need to go and how I am able to envision my dream. Just got off of the phone with Joshua. I called to get some pricing for a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house. Right off the bat, he was condescending with my plans. I have a very good knowledge of CAD and building codes. We have our house plans drawn up on 1/4"x1/4" graphing paper. He told me there is absolutely no way to have a home 2600 square feet with that many bedrooms. I stated that most homes that are 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms for "normal" families are this size. He then asked what the budget was for our build. I told him $400k and he laughed and said it's not possible, homes are $260/sq ft. right

After speaking with a few different companies, I called JCA Design Group and spoke with Joshua and Carolyn. They immediately made me feel like my small remodel was just as important to them as designing a brand new house. They promised to be available whenever I had a question and they were! While I may not need their services very often, when I do, I know exactly who I’m calling.
