As President and founding principal of Spencer - Pierce Architects, Inc. Bo is chief client liason, responsible for overall project planning, conceptual design, and coordination of project teams and quality control.
SP-AI offers a full a range of services ranging from initial consultation and analysis to project execution and post completion. Aid in the review of potential project sites to ascertain issues affecting development and project costs. Help the client understand and develop an overall assessment of facility needs including allocations of square footage and potential development costs.
