I had Willard out to perform my air conditioning and my heater check. I received a detailed report and pictures from my visit. I was also told about any repairs needed for my unit so I can prepare for those cost in the future.

They installed my air conditioner and I have had nothing but trouble with it. In just the last 5 months they have charged me $3000 for this and that. The unit went out again two months later and they wanted to charge me $1700 dollars for a new compressor. My compressor was not broken it was just a breaker. We flipped the breaker and air conditioner is fixed. They do not stand behind there products or repairs. They are so dishonest, you cannot trust them at all. Save yourself a lot of anxiety, money and stress and choose someone else because Willard is nothing but scammers.

The Willard team was quick to respond when notified of our system not working properly. We had a service tech out the next day diagnosing and repairing the problem.
Sal the service tech was very courteous, communicative and efficient when figuring out what was wrong with our system. He was also very helpful in providing expert suggestions on what to do moving forward and decisions that needed to be made from a replacement/ repair standpoint.

Garrett came out and collected information, inspected the A/C and used his diagnostic tools to determine that our capacitor was dead. He quickly replaced it and got our system working. He was very nice and professional. We will definitely use Willard again and recommend their service.

My tech, Sal Palmieri, is by far one of the most professional, personable, and organized technicians of any profession that I have ever had. He gave me tons of information and support and did fantastic work. By the time he left my house was not only cooling better but was perhaps the coldest I’ve ever felt. Sal was top notch! Super friendly, which we love and very professional. He checked our system from top to bottom and went beyond with helping me with the thermostat programming. We have found our new a/c company after having 2 previously over the span 28 yrs We hope to have Sal return each service. It was clear that he knew his stuff and that is so assuring. Thank you. Ivan was great! Very helpful and kind. Explained exactly what was going on in easy to understand terms. He even took photos and videos of the work he did. Very professional and courteous.
