They were very detailed at their work, checking for any leaks etc and made repairs while they were here. Element Mechanical did a fantastic job! I was having issues with my hvac system not turning on and they were able to get out to my home and access quickly and get taken care of. I would highly recommend and use in the future.

Horrible experience! Our AC units went out and our home warranty company required us to go with these guys. The unit was installed in February and they told us they would have to come back out to top off the freon when it warmed up outside. Never heard from them so we called back in May. The technician said that he personally took care of the freon level.
Fast froward two years. We are selling our house and the buyers requested that the AC be serviced. Due to a poor customerservice experience when dealing with Element Mechanical in the past we went with a different AC company for the service. The

Worst company ever. No customer service. Only on their time. Dirty, leave messes. Take days to call back. Leaves holes in roof. Can't take 30 mins to come caulk. Don't use unless you don't care becuase they sure dont. Also just found out they will lie and tell their boss and home warranty company false info. Untrustworthy
