Girl was nice but doesn't make sense how they can't schedule a appointment because there busy but they'll call me when they free up time or for me to standby pretty much.....do people actually work like this?

I contacted the store to request a glass top for my new dining room set that I have waited for 15 months. The guy showed up and said he had to make a pattern with paper so he could get an estimate for me. As he is doing this, he says, your table scratches easily. I said, what? I went over to him and he proceeded to show me how he used his thumb nail upside down and scratched my table for a second time. This guy tried to deny scratching my table after I watched him do it a 2nd time. He told me he would discuss with his Supervisor. I never heard anything from Solano Glass. I finally called and requested

Kurt completed the required work in minimal time. Good job overall so far. Only 3 stars because he brought a young trainee during Covid to our home, and we're seniors; and he didn't lubricate our obviously sluggish windows after completing his work. It was evident this trainee served no useful purpose. We should have stopped them at the door. Kurt had completed a more comprehensive job for us before but arrived alone.

I called around to get a double pane window glass replaced. Four different local stores referred me here. I ended up needing to order glass because it was a weird size. From the quote to the install they were awesome. They even got it finished ahead of schedule.
Holly, in the office, is amazing!! She kept in contact with me every step of the way. I am so glad to be back in the Bay where people are so much nicer than Southern California. After the original glass shelf in the fridge shattered I was not only left with a mess of glass, but also the conundrum of finding a replacement for this 8 year-old piece. It was definitely more affordable and efficient to have a piece of tempered glass custom cut/fit than to order the replacement online (manufacturer was out of stock).

I sent out a message through Yelp to several local glass companies and all the other sent me a standard reply of "unavailable for this job".

This is where Solano Glass saved me! They have wonderful Michelle manning their phones and Yelp messages. Michelle

Michelle was so helpful! She gave me a quote and then recommended that I shop around with glass companies closer to me bc location will save on price. I did end up saving a bit and really truly appreciate her honesty. How many companies will actually say that?

If I need glass work done in/near Fairfield, Solano Glass is on top of my list. She was great to work with on the phone and email. We spoke on the phone and then followed up immediately on email.

I was able to walk in, and order exactly what I needed and was quoted a very reasonable price and was told it would be ready in two days and would get a call to arrange a pickup time. I never received a call on the day specified nor over the weekend. I called Monday and was told the order got backlogged and would be ready Wednesday. I called late Wednesday afternoon and found out myself that the order was ready for pickup.

I was frustrated that I felt like I had to keep tabs on the status of my order and call to find out why things weren't on the timetable I was given.

I am very happy with the windows and how fast David and Chris worked on our house. Their customer service was great and they were very friendly. Michelle was mainly the one I spoke with at the office and she was very pleasant. I would recommend Solano Glass to anyone looking for quality product and great customer service.

I too was impressed with these guys. From getting a quote to the final clean up, these guys do not mess around. I had lost some faith in businesses because some will put an ad out looking for your business but then will not show up when it is time to get that free quote - not even a call! It is very frustrating especially when arrangements need to be made for that appointment. Now, these guys are a different story!
